Review: On March 13th 2014 Sherman Foods, Inc contracted CH Robinson to provide freight for fresh poultry picking up in [redacted] and delivering to [redacted]. The truck arrived at the poultry plant in [redacted] on 3/13/14 approximately 8:30 am. the loading and production process of the poultry took 6 - 7 hours as it normal does while sometimes it is longer and sometimes it is faster. Once loaded the truck checked out of the plant and proceeded with the delivery process which was to take place on Monday 3/17 7am at which time the fresh poultry would be processed. On the said delivery date my customer who was waiting for the truck load of fresh poultry called me as the truck was not at it's delivery location. I then called my contact at CH Robinson, [redacted] and was put in touch with another person in her office. This person indicated the truck was 2 hours out which was false information. In 2 hours my customer called to tell me the truck was still no there. I call CH Robinson and they told me he was not 4 hours out. In four hours my customer calls to tell me the truck is still not there. I call CH Robinson back and they told me he was now an hour away. After seven hours the truck shows up. My late fees are as follows which are deducted off the freight invoice. Additionally, per my purchase order sent to CH Robinson, the truck was to have pallets or I deduct for the pallet price of $120 off the freight invoice.
