Cha Cha's Cantina

Review: ON 5/5/2015, myself and 5 coworkers ordered food for lunch from Cha Cha Cantina's. We went online and ordered our lunch based on the prices that was on their website. One of my coworkers called to double check the order and we received a verbal confirmation about the price. When I went to pick up the order, the price of the food was higher. I asked about the price difference and they told me that the prices changed 2 years ago. They showed me the menu that was in the restaurant but I told them that it wasn't the price quoted to me. I proceeded to ask for the [redacted] and the gentleman told me that he would ask the manager. He went around the corner and came back to inform me that he could not change the price even though we were advertised a different price and we called and was told that the price was the same.

I asked another server if I could talk to the [redacted] and he informed me that the person that I was talking to was the manager. I think the website needs to be updated with the correct price. Also, I think that they should tell people when they call that the price isn't correct. If we were told that there was a difference in price, we would have made an informed decision about our purchase. I feel like this is false advertisement. Lastly, the [redacted] gave me the impression that there was another manager, when he was the manager. That was a lie by omission and I did not appreciate it. Because of the significant price change, I had to pay an additional $12 out of pocketDesired Settlement: I would appreciate the Revdex.com looking into this because I don't want any other person to feel as if they were cheated like myself and my coworkers. I would appreciate an apology in some form and a possible refund of the additional $12 that I had to spend because of there negligence of changing their website.

He asked that the customer contact him directly and he will provide a gift card for the amount difference.
