To whom it may concern, The customer came into our shop requesting repairs to be done on her pairs of heelsThe explanation of the repairs and the cost was provided at the time of drop off which already made her agitated to pay, considering the discount we gave herShe needed patches on each pair of the heels which normally would've cost $but was offered to her at $That's a total of $on the pairs of patches. We have been in this business for over years. The job was done to the best of our ability working with FAUX leather shoesWe tried to be accomodating and reasoning with her but she REFUSED to pay for the services rendered, tried to take the shoes with her without paying, threatened to file a complaint and bash us on social mediaWe have reached out to the customer through YELP and by phone to try and resolve this issue but she is insisting to pay by credit cardWe do manual physical labor by our hands not trying to sell a product to make easy money At this point we would have to except ONLY cash in this situation from this client because her intentions are to dispute the charges and not pay at all Thank you Alex P*** Owner

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Danel Shoe Repair and Shine regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
 I went into the store to try to pay for my shoes with my credit card which they do accept credit cards and has a sign saying they accept credit cards. They could not find my shoes at that time. I gave them my name and phone number for them to call me when they find my shoes. I get a call about an hour later and they said they found my shoes but will only accept cash for the order and refused my credit card because they said I would probably dispute the payment. I told them I would not dispute the charge and I just wanted this to be over with. They still said we will only accept cash for the order. This is getting absurd!They are refusing payment now and will not release my shoes.

The business owner Alex P.  Responded to my yelp review and said that he will not accept threats (which I did not make any...

threats other then to contact the Revdex.com, which was not a treat but a statement ) and was incredibly rude over the Internet!  He said that I could pick up my shoes at any time. I responded back and asked him to let me know when his credit card machine is "up and working again" and he has yet to respond. Is has been over three weeks since this interaction occurred. I still think the product he has produced was a horrible job to irreplaceable shoes and the disrespect given was incrdiabley unprofessional and I have yet to get a response if the credit card machine is working or not.
