I went to [redacted] **for the real estate broker in April I cleaned serviced and adjusted the operation of the furnace / heating system as requested by the realtorI also installed a new heating and cooling thermostat and started the air conditioning system to check if it was operational and it was. This new customer purchased the home before she purchased the home and called me that her air conditioner was not cooling the home I went out there on a service call and found the AC system was low on refrigerant charge I put in pounds of R-refrigerant at $per pound The air conditioning system was working good R-refrigerant is being phased out and it cost me at a wholesale price of $per pound.I have seen invoices of Revdex.com registered companies charging over a $a pound of R- Most Revdex.com companies would have billed her for $I did not charge her a service call of $150.00, just for the refrigerant. Please let me know how to resolve this matter. Thanks, [redacted]
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: my position remains the same I did not request that this gentleman return to my home as his original "inspection and cleaning" of the HVAC unit was unsatisfactory and incomplete I did not request a service call from him, he called me and stated he was in the area and asked if he could come by to check my AC If he had done a complete and thorough inspection of the AC the first time he came to the property then he would have found the problem at that time and the previous home owners would have dealt with the issue I would still like a refund of my money from this company Sincerely, [redacted] ***

check if it was operational and it was. This new customer purchased the home before she purchased the home and called me that her air conditioner was not cooling the home. I went out there on a service call and found the AC system was low on refrigerant charge. I put in 2.5 pounds of R-22 refrigerant at $40.00 per pound. The air conditioning system was working good. R-22 refrigerant is being phased out and it cost me at a wholesale price of $25.00 per pound.I have seen invoices of Revdex.com registered companies charging over a $100.00 a pound of R-22. Most Revdex.com companies would have billed her for $500.00 I did not charge her a service call of $150.00, just for the refrigerant. Please let me know how to resolve this matter. Thanks,[redacted]
