*We hired [redacted] to complete a number of jobs for us over the years & have been very happy with his work until recently.I have, in deed, completed a number of job at the [redacted] 's home I have gone over and beyond on every job I have done for them This one was no exception I went out of my way to rearrange my busy schedule to help the [redacted] s and it is extremely insulting for them to claim I actually owe them something since they still owe me $for materials purchased and work I have completed on their bathroomTherefore, I reject their claim *In May, [redacted] was hired to complete a bathroom remodelI, [redacted] , was not hired to do a complete turn-key bathroom remodel for the [redacted] s I was initially contacted by [redacted] to finish installation on a jacuzzi garden tub in the master bathroom Upon arrival, I inspected the structure in which the tub was to be installed It was constructed by a friend of the [redacted] s, however the structure was insufficient and had to be completely removed I notified [redacted] it would be $1,for me to rebuilt the frame and install the jacuzzi garden tub; including plumbing and electrical [redacted] agreed to move forward with the project That was the only estimate I gave [redacted] regarding her master bathroom The project was completed to [redacted] 's satisfaction and she paid me in full for the jacuzzi tub installation and also settled their outstanding balance for all the work I had completed in their kitchen Next, [redacted] asked about repairing the existing floor tile I notified her that a repair would not remain stable because of poor underlayment and excessive movement in the subfloor of their manufactured home I suggested a full replacement of the bathroom tile to remediate the problem When [redacted] inquired, I told her I could help her with her project However, I would be going out of town soon, so I had very limited time This was not a planned or contracted job I never gave the [redacted] s an estimated price for this portion of their bathroom remodel and I never gave them an estimated time frame for job completion Time and materials jobs are totaled when the job is complete Because I had worked on the [redacted] 's home previously, I knew there would be obstacles and changes Sure enough the tile job led to cabinet removal and installation of new cabinetsI was relocating plumbing, relocating electrical, I unexpectedly had to remove the cabinets from the bottom of a storage trailer, etc Again, this portion of their bathroom remodel was a time and materials job [redacted] acknowledged that fact and seemed grateful that I rearranged my schedule to help them get closer to a fully functioning master bathroom [redacted] acknowledged that I was strapped for time and said they would do what work that needed to be done to help get them closer to using their master bathroom *see attached text messages*He collected cash before leaving for a family vacation, left his worker, [redacted] in charge of completing the job & has never returned to inspect the job though he was made aware of problems we needed to address In your rejection reply you state*When we paid [redacted] the $cash, that was in fact the final payment as stated with the exception of adding paint. It is being made to sound like I took $5,cash That is NOT true and a very misleading statement [redacted] did not hand me $5,cash From mid-May to mid-June I collected $5,from [redacted] for materials I had purchased and work that had already been performed at the [redacted] residence including final payment for previous work done to their kitchen $1,was toward the work that had been done in the kitchen prior to doing the bathIsland installation, cabinet end panel with coats of stain (I installed the first coat, [redacted] mishandled the second coat, and left the third coat for me after I buffed and refinished the second coat), installation of cabinet knobs and drawer pulls, adjustments to back door$1,was for installation of the Jacuzzi tub (framing, plumbing, electric, wall tile removal, incorrect framing removal.)$2,was for the bathroom which included removal of the remaining wall tile and floor tiles including fiber cement backer removalRemoval of the double vanity cabinets and sink top and ALL of the contents Removal of the linen storage cabinet and ALL of the contentsRemoval of the toilet and tankInstallation of floor leveling compound Drywall replacement and repairsRelocation of plumbing for double vanity to the inside of the wall including hot & cold water supply lines and drain linesInstalled new cabinets xfor the vanity including relocating electric outlets to accommodate taller cabinet and back splash Installed the new counter top and sink bowls including fixtures and plumbing connections Installed new linen storage cabinetInstallation of Hardie backer on the floors, floor tile, wall tile, and tub surround tile Installation of grout and clean upcoats of paint applied to the bathroom Installed water exhaust pipes from the water heater to the exterior of the living space All of the functioning supplies are on this $2,as well(Hardie backer, Pex pipe fittings and crimps, pvc drain parts, supply valves, supply lines, p-traps, glue, thin set mortar, caulking, silicone, nails, screws, drywall.) The [redacted] s STILL OWE $for this portion of work and for materials I have purchased for their bathroom remodel The last day I was at the [redacted] residence, [redacted] gave me a check for $1,and $cash towards the bathroom remodel knowing that the remaining balance was unknown and would be determined when no more work was performed by me or any of my affiliates I explained to [redacted] that I would be traveling across the country with my family for a few weeks and needed a draw for the work I had already performed and materials I had already purchased for their bathroom I told her I needed "a few thousand dollars." She wrote me a check for $1,and gave me $cash$2,= "a few thousand dollars." There was never any mention of that being a final payment for work that was still being performed at their homeThe [redacted] s still owe $for work performed and for materials I have purchased for their bathroom*The last time we saw him, we handed him $5,as he was leaving for vacation & we were assured that our job would be completed to our satisfaction by his employee [redacted] .Again, making it sound like I took $ That is extremely misleading The last day I was at the [redacted] residence, [redacted] gave me a check for $1,and $cash towards the bathroom remodel knowing that the remaining balance was unknown and would be determined when no more work was performed by me or any of my affiliatesI told you I was leaving for my planned vacation and that [redacted] could stay and finish the tile and grout I was confident that [redacted] could communicate any changes to [redacted] if the need arose *As he is aware, the tile on the walls of the master bath was not done as plannedWe had discussed installing the tile on the walls & floor of the master bath in a brick pattern just as the backsplash tile in the kitchen that he had done for me previousThe layout on the floor was done correctly but the walls were far from what was planned & discussed. There was never a specified or contracted plan for the tile work, or the entire job for that matter; with the exception of the Jacuzzi tub installation We were forced to quickly come up with a plan for the materials changes and extra work I was begged to do in the [redacted] 's bathroom The tile was installed the way [redacted] and I had discussed just before I went out of town When I left, [redacted] had already tiled the wall base, lower tub surround, and was installing the floor tiles The additional wall tile was added to this The size of the wall tile was changed therefore couldn't be completed to look like the kitchenThe original job scope conveyed to me by [redacted] was to tile the floor, the base of the walls, and a tile tub surround matching the kitchen backsplash That changed to the tub surround matching the floor tile And then changed to tile being installed on the wall up to the level of the tub surround These changes were made after the tile installation had started The tile being used was a large surface tile With all that factored in, usually projects don't turn out exactly as envisioned; especially with there being so many changes mid-project [redacted] halted the tile on the wall as the job was not going as planned and asked about applying the labor already paid for tile to paint instead while we waited for [redacted] to return for job inspection.Since [redacted] halted the tile work, her actions completed any dealings I or my affiliates have with that portion of the job The [redacted] s are not being charged for the row of tiles that were not installed As I stated to [redacted] in my initial email, I do not recall a tile for paint trade discussion I never agreed to a $paint job or a work trade agreement seeing as how there was no estimate for either portion of the job However, in the rejection to my reply to this ridiculous claim the [redacted] s state, " adding a paint job that [redacted] quoted to be a $job." If [redacted] was hired/ contracted by the [redacted] s to paint the bathroom for $and they are not satisfied, that would be an issue between the [redacted] s and [redacted] I do recall giving permission for [redacted] to move forward with painting the bathroom if he had time and that cost would be accrued to the final balance upon completion of tile, grout and paint; the remaining unfinished portions of the project that I agreed to help the [redacted] s withThe paint job was added in my absence I have paid [redacted] for his labor painting the [redacted] 's bathroom, however the [redacted] 's have not yet paid me for that portion of work done to their home If [redacted] was paid $by the [redacted] s to paint the bathroom, this was never confirmed with me nor have I received this payment from [redacted] or the [redacted] s *We also requested that there would not be any tile placed on the side of the cabinet that butts up to the bathtub; tile was placed there anyway [redacted] asked my professional opinion whether the tile should be installed on the side of the particle board linen cabinet or not I suggested she tile it to protect her linen cabinet from possible water damage Honestly, it would be foolish to not protect the particle board with tileShe agreed that was a good idea When I left for my planned family vacation, [redacted] agreed that it would be best to install tile on the linen cabinet If [redacted] wanted to change her mind last minute, yet again, she needed to communicate that clearly to [redacted] She was well aware that I was on the other side of the country and unable to address her changes *I had to readjust and tighten down the toilet tank before we could use itI reinstalled the towel rack, toilet paper holder, doors on the cabinets, mirrors, medicine cabinets and fixed the electric plug that was left hanging out of the wallThe [redacted] s are making it sound like these items were installed incorrectly and Ron had to come behind us and fix them That is NOT the case These items were removed for the tile and paint job and were not replaced since [redacted] knew I had a busy schedule & was leaving for vacation soon plus, she had already informed me they would be doing what they could to get them closer to a functioning bathroom as soon as possible *see attached text message [redacted] pleaded to me to come work on her home I was not hired to do a complete turn-key remodel to the [redacted] 's bathroomThis was a time and materials job I was not contracted to install the toilet, towel rack, toilet paper holder, cabinet doors, mirrors, medicine cabinets, or to push the plug back in the wall after the grout was dryHonestly, it's a disgrace to file a Revdex.com claim on a small business owner when they haven't even been contracted to perform those services This is a waste of my time and the Revdex.com's timeI do not hire [redacted] to perform plumbing or electrical work I was surprised to hear he installed the toilet in my absence (Because this is a time and materials job, that is another part of the $outstanding balance for the work that I have already performed that the [redacted] s owe.) *Proper drop clothes were not used when painting so we have paint on our bedroom floor [redacted] was able to get most of the paint off the floor but not allAgain, I addressed this in the reply to the [redacted] 's initial email in September I was not aware when I left for my trip that [redacted] would be painting, or I would have sent him with proper paint tools and supplies Yet again, another example of last minute changes or additions that I wasn't able to properly prepare for If the [redacted] s made a deal with [redacted] with the paint as they claim they did, and they are not satisfied, they should take that up with [redacted] personally and not waste more of the Revdex.com's time with another ridiculous claim *Lastly, we had bought brand new, glass shower doors that were scratched by one of [redacted] ’s workers Another claim by the [redacted] 's that was addressed in the initial emailThe [redacted] 's shower doors are NOT newThey were installed by a previous contractor who did an improper shower and door installationRon even states in his reply, "you are correct we did pay you to uninstall and reinstall the shower as the previous contractor did the install wrong." While we're on the subject of that contractor; the [redacted] s revealed to me that HE allegedly stole $5,from them I'm starting to see a pattern hereThe [redacted] s hired me to remove and reinstall the shower unit and the door unit that was already installed and had been in use for many months prior to my arrival at their residenceI am not aware of any damage caused by myself or [redacted] to the [redacted] 's used shower door Furthermore, there was no mention of any scratch until after I told [redacted] I would not return to their residence until she paid her outstanding balance; which is $for work and materials I have purchased for their bathroom project *& a shower chair that [redacted] ’s employee used to stand on has a slightly bent leg. This shower chair was never mentioned until after I replied to their initial email The first mention of the shower chair also came with a hypothetical narrative about how the [redacted] s 'new' shower door was supposedly damaged Their tale was full of words like, "probably," "I assume," "may have," and "most likely." All of those presumptions were followed up by the [redacted] s absolute sentence condemning an affiliate of [redacted] Nice story, but after all of the [redacted] 's previous discrepancies, I'm not believing it *After many attempts to get these matters resolved, We received a written reply demanding another $before he will come back to address the issuesYes, I am owed $for the work that I have already performed at the [redacted] residence and materials I have already purchased for their project and I made them well aware of their outstanding balance After the disrespectful way the [redacted] s have treated me, not wanting to resolve this issue in person even though I saw them for almost days straight (for dinner) a few miles away from their home, and the way they have wasted my time and the Revdex.com's time, I do not see a reason to return to the [redacted] 's residence I have performed work for them and purchased materials for their bathroom, yet they seem to think I owe them money, paperwork, and more work I reject the [redacted] 's demands *He also refuses to give us any kind of invoice for this job.It is more than obvious that the amount of materials purchased and work performed exceeds the amount of money I have been paid (the portion allotted to this job) The [redacted] s do not need a formal invoice to see and understand the amount of work completed at their home; it is even listed in these emails and messages I have already informed [redacted] that when she pays the $that is owed to me for the work that has already been performed at her residence and the materials that have already been purchased for her bathroom project, I will consider giving her a written invoice for her records I never give a final invoice to a customer until they settle their final bill with meI do not work for free *Purchase Price: $5000.00False! That is NOT true and a very misleading statementFrom mid-May to mid-June I did collect $5,from [redacted] for work that had already been performed and materials purchased for her bathroom and final payment for previous work done to her kitchen $1,was toward the work that had been done in the kitchen prior to doing the bath(Island installation, cabinet end panel with coats of stain (I installed the first coat, [redacted] mishandled the second coat, and left the third coat for me after I buffed and refinished the second coat), installation of cabinet knobs and drawer pulls, adjustments to back door)$1,was for installation of the Jacuzzi tub (framing, plumbing, electric, wall tile removal, incorrect framing removal.)$2,was for the bathroom which included removal of the remaining wall tile and floor tiles including fiber cement backer removalRemoval of the double vanity cabinets and sink top and ALL of the contents Removal of the linen storage cabinet and ALL of the contentsRemoval of the toilet and tankInstallation of floor leveling compound Drywall replacement and repairsRelocation of plumbing for double vanity to the inside of the wall including hot & cold water supply lines and drain linesInstalled new cabinets xfor the vanity including relocating electric outlets to accommodate taller cabinet and back splash Installed the new counter top and sink bowls including fixtures and plumbing connections Installed new linen storage cabinetInstallation of Hardie backer on the floors, floor tile, wall tile, and tub surround tile Installation of grout and clean upcoats of paint applied to the bathroom Installed water exhaust pipes from the water heater to the exterior of the living space All of the functioning supplies are on this $2,as well(Hardie backer, Pex pipe fittings and crimps, pvc drain parts, supply valves, supply lines, p-traps, glue, thin set mortar, caulking, silicone, nails, screws, drywall.) The [redacted] s STILL OWE AN ADDITIONAL $for this portion of work and for materials I have purchased for their bathroom remodel *Disputed Amount: $Ridiculous! The [redacted] s STILL OWE ME $for work and materials I have purchased for their bathroom project *Desired Settlement: *We would like to get this job completed the way we requested the work to be done initially but are unsure that we want [redacted] to be the one to complete the work as it is obvious that the situation may be uncomfortable now that we have had to get a resolution service involved to get this matter resolvedIt may be better to get a quote from another contractor to complete the job and then we would be requesting a refund for that portion of the job.I do not desire to return to the [redacted] 's residence I am insulted by their lack of payment for services that have been performed at their home and materials that have been purchased for their project This ridiculous claim just adds to that The [redacted] s are free to get as many estimates as they wish I will not pay them for materials I have purchased or work I have performed on their bathroomThe [redacted] s STILL OWE $for work and materials I have purchased for their bathroom It is absurd to think I would 'refund' any money to them when they still owe me *I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] has simply copied and pasted his only reply to usWe have since made more attempts to contact [redacted] and he has not respondedHe refuses to invoice us and refuses to return to inspect the work that was doneYes, I copied and pasted because my initial reply was thorough, efficient, and addressed all of the [redacted] 's concerns I have told [redacted] numerous times, when I receive the $that is owed to me for materials I have already purchased and work I have already performed, I will consider writing up a final invoice No, I will not return to a customer's home when they are refusing to pay me *We have cancelled checks dated 5/18/check # in the amount of $3,which was final payment for all work in kitchen and another check #for $and also $cash dated 6/12/$1,was toward the work that had been done in the kitchen prior to doing the bath(Island installation, cabinet end panel with coats of stain (I installed the first coat, [redacted] mishandled the second coat, and left the third coat for me after I buffed and refinished the second coat), installation of cabinet knobs and drawer pulls, adjustments to back door)$1,was for installation of the Jacuzzi tub (framing, plumbing, electric, wall tile removal, incorrect framing removal.)$2,was for the bathroom which included removal of the remaining wall tile and floor tiles including fiber cement backer removalRemoval of the double vanity cabinets and sink top and ALL of the contents Removal of the linen storage cabinet and ALL of the contentsRemoval of the toilet and tankInstallation of floor leveling compound Drywall replacement and repairsRelocation of plumbing for double vanity to the inside of the wall including hot & cold water supply lines and drain linesInstalled new cabinets xfor the vanity including relocating electric outlets to accommodate taller cabinet and back splash Installed the new counter top and sink bowls including fixtures and plumbing connections Installed new linen storage cabinetInstallation of Hardie backer on the floors, floor tile, wall tile, and tub surround tile Installation of grout and clean upcoats of paint applied to the bathroom Installed water exhaust pipes from the water heater to the exterior of the living space All of the functioning supplies are on this $2,as well(Hardie backer, Pex pipe fittings and crimps, pvc drain parts, supply valves, supply lines, p-traps, glue, thin set mortar, caulking, silicone, nails, screws, drywall.) The [redacted] s STILL OWE AN ADDITIONAL $for this portion of work and for materials I have purchased for their bathroom remodel [redacted] in fact was paid previous to the start of our bathroom job for the island installation and finish work in the kitchen$1,was toward the work that had been done in the kitchen prior to doing the bath(Island installation, cabinet end panel with coats of stain (I installed the first coat, [redacted] mishandled the second coat, and left the third coat for me after I buffed and refinished the second coat), installation of cabinet knobs and drawer pulls, adjustments to back door)*When we paid [redacted] the $cash, that was in fact the final payment as stated with the exception of adding paintFalse! Again, it is being made to sound like I took $5,cash That is NOT true and a very misleading statement [redacted] did NOT hand me $5,cash From mid-May to mid-June I collected $5,from [redacted] for work that had already been performed and materials purchased for her bathroom and final payment for previous work done to her kitchen The last day I was at the [redacted] residence, [redacted] gave me a check for $1,and $cash towards the bathroom project knowing that the remaining balance was unknown and would be determined when no more work was performed by me or any of my affiliates This was NOT a final payment for work on their bathroom Ron [redacted] even stated in a reply to my email addressing all of their concerns, "Typically you have never charged us until the end of a job even when I have offered to pay you in advance." Ron is acknowledging that I never ask for final payment until work is complete Any work I agreed to do has been done and materials I have purchased have been used in the [redacted] s bathroom Time and materials costs were tallied after our work completed and there was still a remaining balance of $ I will not come to do more work and put myself in a position to be taken advantage of more than I already have been by the [redacted] s Again, $1,was toward the work that had been done in the kitchen prior to doing the bath(Island installation, cabinet end panel with coats of stain (I installed the first coat, [redacted] mishandled the second coat, and left the third coat for me after I buffed and refinished the second coat), installation of cabinet knobs and drawer pulls, adjustments to back door)$1,was for installation of the Jacuzzi tub (framing, plumbing, electric, wall tile removal, incorrect framing removal.)$2,was for the bathroom which included removal of the remaining wall tile and floor tiles including fiber cement backer removalRemoval of the double vanity cabinets and sink top and ALL of the contents Removal of the linen storage cabinet and ALL of the contentsRemoval of the toilet and tankInstallation of floor leveling compound Drywall replacement and repairsRelocation of plumbing for double vanity to the inside of the wall including hot & cold water supply lines and drain linesInstalled new cabinets xfor the vanity including relocating electric outlets to accommodate taller cabinet and back splash Installed the new counter top and sink bowls including fixtures and plumbing connections Installed new linen storage cabinetInstallation of Hardie backer on the floors, floor tile, wall tile, and tub surround tile Installation of grout and clean upcoats of paint applied to the bathroom Installed water exhaust pipes from the water heater to the exterior of the living space All of the functioning supplies are on this $2,as well(Hardie backer, Pex pipe fittings and crimps, pvc drain parts, supply valves, supply lines, p-traps, glue, thin set mortar, caulking, silicone, nails, screws, drywall.) The [redacted] s STILL OWE AN ADDITIONAL $for this portion of work and for materials I have purchased for their bathroom remodel *Again, the only change to scope of work was stopping the tile on the walls before completion because it was done wrongThe tile was installed the way [redacted] and I had discussed when I left She knew I was out of town and needed to clearly communicate if she had any changes to [redacted] When I left to go out of town, [redacted] had already tiled the wall base, lower tub surround, and was installing the floor tiles The additional wall tile was added to this [redacted] text me a picture of this tile issue for me to "think about for a week" while I was on vacation *see attached text message I think the tile job in the picture she sent looks great and came out just the way we had discussed and even started the project prior to my leaving(tub surround already installed with no issues as of that point) My apologies to [redacted] if he's not pleased with the tiles his wife selected, however even though he's trying, he can't really blame me for thatThe large surface tile [redacted] selected installed in a very small area apparently did not yield the look that they desired We installed the tiles provided by [redacted] the way she told me she wanted them installed Furthermore, the tile spacing cannot be equal vertically because the tile dimension is not consistent with the installation surface dimension There has to be a variance *and adding a paint job that [redacted] quoted to be a $job [redacted] is not authorized to do estimates for [redacted] .*We did in fact see [redacted] at a [redacted] function over an day period in October & no, we did not speak to him about business during this function, nor did [redacted] make any attempts to speak with usThis was the perfect opportunity to settle this dispute I was just a few miles from the [redacted] 's residence for days I did not feel the need to make the initial contact with the [redacted] s at the function, because I am the one who is owed money I have made that fact clear, as the [redacted] s themselves have stated I feel it is time for them to do the right thing and pay their bill *He was angry that [redacted] called him when he was on vacation earlier in the summer I was not angry that [redacted] called me on vacation I was annoyed [redacted] knew I had been very busy and needed a break She contacted me over and over yet I made myself available to her [redacted] text me a picture of the tile issue I think the tile job in the picture she sent looks great and came out just the way we had discussed and even started the project prior to my leaving(tub surround already installed with no issues as of that point) She also knew there was absolutely nothing I could do to address what supposed issues she had considering I was across the country *It would have been an interruption to not only another family vacation for him but also was the wrong place & time to discuss business as he well knows.Sukkot is not a 'vacation;' as the [redacted] s well know This was the perfect opportunity to settle this dispute I was just a few miles from the [redacted] 's residence for days Traditionally, debts have been forgiven and released during Sukkot(during a sabbatical year) The [redacted] s did not have an issue discussing work to their home with my family and I at Passover this year But then again, back then they didn't owe me money for work I had already performed on their home and materials I had already purchased for their projects The Revdex.com has requested I:* Acknowledge customer concerns – most are claims just trying to get something for nothing I owe the [redacted] s nothing I have gone over and beyond for them However, they still owe me $for work and materials I have purchased for their bathroom project.* State the facts as you see them and avoid emotion – I gave it my best* Explain the actions you can and can't take to resolve concerns - The [redacted] s obviously feel like they have been wronged, but in my experience, this is nothing new with them I have gone over and beyond for [redacted] , but I will not allow her or Ron to take advantage of meI have taken enough action by purchasing the materials and performing the labor needed to get the [redacted] s closer to a functioning master bathroomI was not hired to perform a complete turn-key bathroom remodel for them, the tile was done as planned, and their shower doors are not newI will not return to the [redacted] 's home I will not give the [redacted] s any money The [redacted] s are filing a fraudulent claim against [redacted] and are wasting mine and the Revdex.com's time I will not give their claim any more of my timeThe actions the [redacted] s can take to resolve any issues is to pay [redacted] $for work already performed and materials purchased for their bathroom remodel

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: *** *** has simply copied and pasted his only reply to usWe have since made more attempts to contact *** *** and he has not respondedHe refuses to invoice us and refuses to return to inspect the work that was done. We have cancelled checks dated 5/18/check # in the amount of $3,which was final payment for all work in kitchen and another check #for $and also $cash dated 6/12/*** *** in fact was paid previous to the start of our bathroom job for the island installation and finish work in the kitchenWhen we paid *** *** the $cash, that was in fact the final payment as stated with the exception of adding paintAgain, the only change to scope of work was stopping the tile on the walls before completion because it was done wrong and adding a paint job that *** quoted to be a $job. We did in fact see *** *** at a church function over an day period in October & no, we did not speak to him about business during this function, nor did *** *** make any attempts to speak with usHe was angry that *** called him when he was on vacation earlier in the summer. It would have been an interruption to not only another family vacation for him but also was the wrong place & time to discuss business as he well knows
Regards,
*** ***

I have been in contact with the ***s. I was at an day event where they attended for dinner and they never attempted to discuss anything in person with me to try to resolve this. I have addressed their issues via email and told them what needs to be done to move forward with this or
any other projects. I have performed multiple jobs for the ***s, always going over and beyond to make them satisfied. The job scope was never completely specified and changed based upon ***'s requests and materials selected. For example: the size of the wall tile was changed therefore couldn't be completed to look like the kitchen. I think I have completed more than enough work and purchased plenty of materials to constitute the amount of payment requested. Attached is a copy of the reply email I sent to the ***s on September 26, 2017. I still have not received my $800.00. When *** and I last spoke, I reminded her that this was a time and materials jobThere is no contract specifying a start or finish date, a total cost amount, or a plan for the job scopeI also notified her that there was additional money owed on the job and that prior to my return that balance needed to be paidI did not receive any payment nor any additional contactThe last time I saw ***, she handed me $and I left *** to finish the tile and grout.$1,was toward the work that had been done in the kitchen prior to doing the bath(Island installation, cabinet end panel with coats of stain, installation of cabinet knobs and drawer pulls, adjustments to back door)$1,was for installation of the Jacuzzi tub (framing, plumbing, electric, wall tile removal, incorrect framing removal.)$2,was for the bathroom which included removal of the remaining wall tile and floor tiles including fiber cement backer removalRemoval of the double vanity cabinets and sink top and ALL of the contents. Removal of the linen storage cabinet and ALL of the contentsRemoval of the toilet and tankInstallation of floor leveling compound. Drywall replacement and repairsRelocation of plumbing for double vanity to the inside of the wall including hot & cold water supply lines and drain linesInstalled new cabinets xfor the vanity including relocating electric outlets to accommodate taller cabinet and back splash. Installed the new counter top and sink bowls including fixtures and plumbing connections. Installed new linen storage cabinetInstallation of Hardie backer on the floors, floor tile, wall tile, and tub surround tile. Installation of grout and clean upcoats of paint applied to the bathroom. Installed water exhaust pipes from the water heater to the exterior of the living space. All of the functioning supplies are on this $2,as well(Hardie backer, Pex pipe fittings and crimps, pvc drain parts, supply valves, supply lines, p-traps, glue, thin set mortar, caulking, silicone, nails, screws, drywall.) There was never a specified plan for the tile work, or the entire job for that matter; with the exception of the Jacuzzi tub installationThe idea changed a few times prior to my leaving. It was added to and taken away from even after I had left. I was confident that *** could communicate the ideas and changes to *** seeing as how things were still changing after I had left. I do not recall a tile for paint trade discussion, however I do recall there being a discussion about *** painting the bathroom and I told *** if there was anything left from the $2,that it would apply to the paint. There was never an in-full payment made prior to completion because there was never an estimate, contracted cost, or time frame. Time and materials are added together to total a completed job, therefore the reason for no total to pay in full*** was notified when I was last at the home that I was leaving for a trip with my family across the country and I would be unavailable. However, I made myself available to *** when she called and discussed some of the issues she was having; most of which were more changes to the tile. I expected that the remainder of the work would be finished by you, the homeowners, considering I told you from the start I didn't have much time to spend on the project from the beginning. I rearranged my schedule to do more for you, as I have done a few times prior. I told *** not to mess with the plumbing so I'm guessing that is why the toilet was not tight. My apologies for the accidental paint drips. I was not aware when I left for my trip that *** would be painting, so I did not send him with proper paint tools and supplies. This could be the reason for the paint job not being to your satisfaction. Your shower doors are not new; they were installed by a previous contractor who did an improper shower and door installation. You hired me to remove and reinstall the shower unit and the door unitI am not aware of any damage caused by myself or *** to the shower door, and don't have any more to address on that situation. I pointed out the spot on the counter top and *** said that we will not worry about it because she planned to replace it in the near future anyway. I even offered to replace the top and she said not to worry with it. On a time and materials job, accidents are covered in the materials on the account there is no overhead and profit to cover these things as there are on an estimated/ contracted jobI have notified you that no more work will be performed for you, including paperwork etc., until the remaining balance of $is paid in fullThat is when I will issue a final invoice for the work performed. I may have been a little short when contacted on another trip with my family on account it was the second time and there were some text sent that did not coordinate with the discussions between *** and myselfThose discrepancies were the total dollar amount on a non-contracted job and complaints about time frame and meeting deadlines when there were none. I did have contact with *** and told her what to do for us to move forward. If that was misunderstood, I hope this e-mail clarifies the solution, which is paying the $for the work that has already been performed. I can not come work for you for free as I would not be able to support my family that way. I would also like to have this resolved before Sukkot seeing as the payment for the work already performed would greatly help with getting my family there. Thank you,

*We hired [redacted] to complete a number of jobs for us over the years & have been very happy with his work until recently.I have, in deed, completed a number of job at the [redacted]'s home.  I have gone over and beyond on every job I have done for them.  This one was no exception.  I went out of my way to rearrange my busy schedule to help the [redacted]s and it is extremely insulting for them to claim I actually owe them something since they still owe me $800 for materials purchased and work I have completed on their bathroom. Therefore, I reject their claim.  *In May, [redacted] was hired to complete a bathroom remodel. I, [redacted], was not hired to do a complete turn-key bathroom remodel for the [redacted]s.  I was initially contacted by [redacted] to finish installation on a jacuzzi garden tub in the master bathroom.  Upon arrival, I inspected the structure in which the tub was to be installed.  It was constructed by a friend of the [redacted]s, however the structure was insufficient and had to be completely removed.  I notified [redacted] it would be $1,200.00 for me to rebuilt the frame and install the jacuzzi garden tub; including plumbing and electrical.  [redacted] agreed to move forward with the project.  That was the only estimate I gave [redacted] regarding her master bathroom.  The project was completed to [redacted]'s satisfaction and she paid me in full for the jacuzzi tub installation and also settled their outstanding balance for all the work I had completed in their kitchen.  Next, [redacted] asked about repairing the existing floor tile.  I notified her that a repair would not remain stable because of poor underlayment and excessive movement in the subfloor of their manufactured home.   I suggested a full replacement of the bathroom tile to remediate the problem.  When [redacted] inquired, I told her I could help her with her project.  However, I would be going out of town soon, so I had very limited time.  This was not a planned or contracted job.  I never gave the [redacted]s an estimated price for this portion of their bathroom remodel and I never gave them an estimated time frame for job completion.  Time and materials jobs are totaled when the job is complete.  Because I had worked on the [redacted]'s home previously, I knew there would be obstacles and changes.  Sure enough the tile job led to cabinet removal and installation of new cabinets. I was relocating plumbing, relocating electrical, I unexpectedly had to remove the cabinets from the bottom of a storage trailer, etc.  Again, this portion of their bathroom remodel was a time and materials job.  [redacted] acknowledged that fact and seemed grateful that I rearranged my schedule to help them get closer to a fully functioning master bathroom. [redacted] acknowledged that I was strapped for time and said they would do what work that needed to be done to help get them closer to using their master bathroom.   *see attached text messages*He collected cash before leaving for a family vacation, left his worker, [redacted] in charge of completing the job & has never returned to inspect the job though he was made aware of problems we needed to address.  In your rejection reply you state... *When we paid [redacted] the $5000 cash, that was in fact the final payment as stated with the exception of adding paint. It is being made to sound like I took $5,000.00 cash.  That is NOT true and a very misleading statement.  [redacted] did not hand me $5,000 cash.  From mid-May 2017 to mid-June 2017 I collected $5,000.00 from [redacted] for materials I had purchased and work that had already been performed at the [redacted] residence including final payment for previous work done to their kitchen.   $1,500.00 was toward the work that had been done in the kitchen prior to doing the bath. Island installation, cabinet end panel with 3 coats of stain (I installed the first coat, [redacted] mishandled the second coat, and left the third coat for me after I buffed and refinished the second coat), installation of cabinet knobs and drawer pulls, adjustments to back door. $1,200.00 was for installation of the Jacuzzi tub (framing, plumbing, electric, wall tile removal, incorrect framing removal.)$2,300.00 was for the bathroom which included removal of the remaining wall tile and floor tiles including fiber cement backer removal. Removal of the double vanity cabinets and sink top and ALL of the contents.  Removal of the linen storage cabinet and ALL of the contents. Removal of the toilet and tank. Installation of floor leveling compound.  Drywall replacement and repairs. Relocation of plumbing for double vanity to the inside of the wall including hot & cold water supply lines and drain lines. Installed new cabinets x3 for the vanity including relocating electric outlets to accommodate taller cabinet and back splash.  Installed the new counter top and sink bowls including fixtures and plumbing connections.  Installed new linen storage cabinet. Installation of Hardie backer on the floors, floor tile, wall tile, and tub surround tile.  Installation of grout and clean up. 2 coats of paint applied to the bathroom.  Installed water exhaust pipes from the water heater to the exterior of the living space.   All of the functioning supplies are on this $2,300.00 as well. (Hardie backer, Pex pipe fittings and crimps, pvc drain parts, supply valves, supply lines, p-traps, glue, thin set mortar, caulking, silicone, nails, screws, drywall.)   The [redacted]s STILL OWE $800.00 for this portion of work and for materials I have purchased for their bathroom remodel.  The last day I was at the [redacted] residence, [redacted] gave me a check for $1,100 and $900.00 cash towards the bathroom remodel knowing that the remaining balance was unknown and would be determined when no more work was performed by me or any of my affiliates.  I explained to [redacted] that I would be traveling across the country with my family for a few weeks and needed a draw for the work I had already performed and materials I had already purchased for their bathroom.  I told her I needed "a few thousand dollars."  She wrote me a check for $1,100 and gave me $900.00 cash. $2,000 = "a few thousand dollars."  There was never any mention of that being a final payment for work that was still being performed at their home. The [redacted]s still owe $800.00 for work performed and for materials I have purchased for their bathroom. *The last time we saw him, we handed him $5,000 as he was leaving for vacation & we were assured that our job would be completed to our satisfaction by his employee [redacted].Again, making it sound like I took $5000.00.  That is extremely misleading.  The last day I was at the [redacted] residence, [redacted] gave me a check for $1,100 and $900.00 cash towards the bathroom remodel knowing that the remaining balance was unknown and would be determined when no more work was performed by me or any of my affiliates. I told you I was leaving for my planned vacation and that [redacted] could stay and finish the tile and grout.  I was confident that [redacted] could communicate any changes to [redacted] if the need arose.  *As he is aware, the tile on the walls of the master bath was not done as planned. We had discussed installing the tile on the walls & floor of the master bath in a brick pattern just as the backsplash tile in the kitchen that he had done for me previous. The layout on the floor was done correctly but the walls were far from what was planned & discussed. There was never a specified or contracted plan for the tile work, or the entire job for that matter; with the exception of the Jacuzzi tub installation.  We were forced to quickly come up with a plan for the materials changes and extra work I was begged to do in the [redacted]'s bathroom.  The tile was installed the way [redacted] and I had discussed just before I went out of town.  When I left, [redacted] had already tiled the wall base, lower tub surround, and was installing the floor tiles.  The additional wall tile was added to this.  The size of the wall tile was changed therefore couldn't be completed to look like the kitchen. The original job scope conveyed to me by [redacted] was to tile the floor, the base of the walls, and a tile tub surround matching the kitchen backsplash.  That changed to the tub surround matching the floor tile.  And then changed to tile being installed on the wall up to the level of the tub surround.  These changes were made after the tile installation had started.  The tile being used was a large surface tile.  With all that factored in, usually projects don't turn out exactly as envisioned; especially with there being so many changes mid-project.    [redacted] halted the tile on the wall as the job was not going as planned and asked about applying the labor already paid for tile to paint instead while we waited for [redacted] to return for job inspection.Since [redacted] halted the tile work, her actions completed any dealings I or my affiliates have with that portion of the job.  The [redacted]s are not being charged for the row of tiles that were not installed.  As I stated to [redacted] in my initial email, I do not recall a tile for paint trade discussion.  I never agreed to a $200.00 paint job or a work trade agreement seeing as how there was no estimate for either portion of the job.  However, in the rejection to my reply to this ridiculous claim the [redacted]s state, "… adding a paint job that [redacted] quoted to be a $200 job."   If [redacted] was hired/ contracted by the [redacted]s to paint the bathroom for $200.00 and they are not satisfied, that would be an issue between the [redacted]s and [redacted].   I do recall giving permission for [redacted] to move forward with painting the bathroom if he had time and that cost would be accrued to the final balance upon completion of tile, grout and paint; the remaining unfinished portions of the project that I agreed to help the [redacted]s with. The paint job was added in my absence.  I have paid [redacted] for his labor painting the [redacted]'s bathroom, however the [redacted]'s have not yet paid me for that portion of work done to their home.   If [redacted] was paid $200.00 by the [redacted]s to paint the bathroom, this was never confirmed with me nor have I received this payment from [redacted] or the [redacted]s.  *We also requested that there would not be any tile placed on the side of the cabinet that butts up to the bathtub; tile was placed there anyway. [redacted] asked my professional opinion whether the tile should be installed on the side of the particle board linen cabinet or not.  I suggested she tile it to protect her linen cabinet from possible water damage.  Honestly, it would be foolish to not protect the particle board with tile. She agreed that was a good idea.  When I left for my planned family vacation, [redacted] agreed that it would be best to install tile on the linen cabinet.  If [redacted] wanted to change her mind last minute, yet again, she needed to communicate that clearly to [redacted].  She was well aware that I was on the other side of the country and unable to address her changes.  *I had to readjust and tighten down the toilet tank before we could use it. I reinstalled the towel rack, toilet paper holder, doors on the cabinets, mirrors, medicine cabinets and fixed the electric plug that was left hanging out of the wall. The [redacted]s are making it sound like these items were installed incorrectly and Ron had to come behind us and fix them.  That is NOT the case.  These items were removed for the tile and paint job and were not replaced since [redacted] knew I had a busy schedule & was leaving for vacation soon plus, she had already informed me they would be doing what they could to get them closer to a functioning bathroom as soon as possible.  *see attached text message   [redacted] pleaded to me to come work on her home.  I was not hired to do a complete turn-key remodel to the [redacted]'s bathroom. This was a time and materials job.  I was not contracted to install the toilet, towel rack, toilet paper holder, cabinet doors, mirrors, medicine cabinets, or to push the plug back in the wall after the grout was dry. Honestly, it's a disgrace to file a Revdex.com claim on a small business owner when they haven't even been contracted to perform those services.  This is a waste of my time and the Revdex.com's time. I do not hire [redacted] to perform plumbing or electrical work.  I was surprised to hear he installed the toilet in my absence.  (Because this is a time and materials job, that is another part of the $800.00 outstanding balance for the work that I have already performed that the [redacted]s owe.) *Proper drop clothes were not used when painting so we have paint on our bedroom floor. [redacted] was able to get most of the paint off the floor but not all. Again, I addressed this in the reply to the [redacted]'s initial email in September 2017.   I was not aware when I left for my trip that [redacted] would be painting, or I would have sent him with proper paint tools and supplies.  Yet again, another example of last minute changes or additions that I wasn't able to properly prepare for.   If the [redacted]s made a deal with [redacted] with the paint as they claim they did, and they are not satisfied, they should take that up with [redacted] personally and not waste more of the Revdex.com's time with another ridiculous claim.   *Lastly, we had bought brand new, glass shower doors that were scratched by one of [redacted]’s workers Another false claim by the [redacted]'s that was addressed in the initial email. The [redacted]'s shower doors are NOT new. They were installed by a previous contractor who did an improper shower and door installation. Ron even states in his reply, "you are correct we did pay you to uninstall and reinstall the shower as the previous contractor did the install wrong." While we're on the subject of that contractor; the [redacted]s revealed to me that HE allegedly stole $5,000.00 from them.  I'm starting to see a pattern here. The [redacted]s hired me to remove and reinstall the shower unit and the door unit that was already installed and had been in use for many months prior to my arrival at their residence. I am not aware of any damage caused by myself or [redacted] to the [redacted]'s used shower door.  Furthermore, there was no mention of any scratch until after I told [redacted] I would not return to their residence until she paid her outstanding balance; which is $800.00 for work and materials I have purchased for their bathroom project.   *& a shower chair that [redacted]’s employee used to stand on has a slightly bent leg. This shower chair was never mentioned until after I replied to their initial email.  The first mention of the shower chair also came with a hypothetical narrative about how the [redacted]s 'new' shower door was supposedly damaged.  Their tale was full of words like, "probably," "I assume," "may have," and "most likely."  All of those presumptions were followed up by the [redacted]s absolute sentence condemning an affiliate of [redacted].   Nice story, but after all of the [redacted]'s previous discrepancies, I'm not believing it.    *After many attempts to get these matters resolved, We received a written reply demanding another $800 before he will come back to address the issues. Yes, I am owed $800.00 for the work that I have already performed at the [redacted] residence and materials I have already purchased for their project and I made them well aware of their outstanding balance.  After the disrespectful way the [redacted]s have treated me, not wanting to resolve this issue in person even though I saw them for almost 8 days straight (for dinner) a few miles away from their home, and the way they have wasted my time and the Revdex.com's time, I do not see a reason to return to the [redacted]'s residence.  I have performed work for them and purchased materials for their bathroom, yet they seem to think I owe them money, paperwork, and more work.  I reject the [redacted]'s demands.  *He also refuses to give us any kind of invoice for this job.It is more than obvious that the amount of materials purchased and work performed exceeds the amount of money I have been paid (the portion allotted to this job).  The [redacted]s do not need a formal invoice to see and understand the amount of work completed at their home; it is even listed in these emails and messages.  I have already informed [redacted] that when she pays the $800.00 that is owed to me for the work that has already been performed at her residence and the materials that have already been purchased for her bathroom project, I will consider giving her a written invoice for her records.  I never give a final invoice to a customer until they settle their final bill with me. I do not work for free.  *Purchase Price: $5000.00False!  That is NOT true and a very misleading statement. From mid-May 2017 to mid-June 2017 I did collect $5,000.00 from [redacted] for work that had already been performed and materials purchased for her bathroom and final payment for previous work done to her kitchen.   $1,500.00 was toward the work that had been done in the kitchen prior to doing the bath. (Island installation, cabinet end panel with 3 coats of stain (I installed the first coat, [redacted] mishandled the second coat, and left the third coat for me after I buffed and refinished the second coat), installation of cabinet knobs and drawer pulls, adjustments to back door). (Hardie backer, Pex pipe fittings and crimps, pvc drain parts, supply valves, supply lines, p-traps, glue, thin set mortar, caulking, silicone, nails, screws, drywall.)   The [redacted]s STILL OWE AN ADDITIONAL $800.00 for this portion of work and for materials I have purchased for their bathroom remodel.   *Disputed Amount: $1000.00 Ridiculous!  The [redacted]s STILL OWE ME $800.00 for work and materials I have purchased for their bathroom project.   *Desired Settlement: *We would like to get this job completed the way we requested the work to be done initially but are unsure that we want [redacted] to be the one to complete the work as it is obvious that the situation may be uncomfortable now that we have had to get a resolution service involved to get this matter resolved. It may be better to get a quote from another contractor to complete the job and then we would be requesting a refund for that portion of the job.I do not desire to return to the [redacted]'s residence.  I am insulted by their lack of payment for services that have been performed at their home and materials that have been purchased for their project.  This ridiculous claim just adds to that.  The [redacted]s are free to get as many estimates as they wish.  I will not pay them for materials I have purchased or work I have performed on their bathroom. The [redacted]s STILL OWE $800.00 for work and materials I have purchased for their bathroom.  It is absurd to think I would 'refund' any money to them when they still owe me.  *I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] has simply copied and pasted his only reply to us. We have since made more attempts to contact [redacted] and he has not responded. He refuses to invoice us and refuses to return to inspect the work that was done. Yes, I copied and pasted because my initial reply was thorough, efficient, and addressed all of the [redacted]'s concerns.   I have told [redacted] numerous times, when I receive the $800.00 that is owed to me for materials I have already purchased and work I have already performed, I will consider writing up a final invoice.  No, I will not return to a customer's home when they are refusing to pay me.  *We have cancelled checks dated 5/18/17 check # 112 in the amount of $3,000 which was final payment for all work in kitchen and another check #113 for $1100 and also $900 cash dated 6/12/17. $1,200.00 was for installation of the Jacuzzi tub (framing, plumbing, electric, wall tile removal, incorrect framing removal.)$2,300.00 was for the bathroom which included removal of the remaining wall tile and floor tiles including fiber cement backer removal. (Island installation, cabinet end panel with 3 coats of stain (I installed the first coat, [redacted] mishandled the second coat, and left the third coat for me after I buffed and refinished the second coat), installation of cabinet knobs and drawer pulls, adjustments to back door). *When we paid [redacted] the $5000 cash, that was in fact the final payment as stated with the exception of adding paint. False!  Again, it is being made to sound like I took $5,000.00 cash.  That is NOT true and a very misleading statement.  [redacted] did NOT hand me $5,000 cash.  From mid-May 2017 to mid-June 2017 I collected $5,000.00 from [redacted] for work that had already been performed and materials purchased for her bathroom and final payment for previous work done to her kitchen.   The last day I was at the [redacted] residence, [redacted] gave me a check for $1,100 and $900.00 cash towards the bathroom project knowing that the remaining balance was unknown and would be determined when no more work was performed by me or any of my affiliates.  This was NOT a final payment for work on their bathroom.  Ron [redacted] even stated in a reply to my email addressing all of their concerns, "Typically you have never charged us until the end of a job even when I have offered to pay you in advance."  Ron is acknowledging that I never ask for final payment until work is complete.  Any work I agreed to do has been done and materials I have purchased have been used in the [redacted]s bathroom.  Time and materials costs were tallied after our work completed and there was still a remaining balance of $800.00.  I will not come to do more work and put myself in a position to be taken advantage of more than I already have been by the [redacted]s.  Again, $1,500.00 was toward the work that had been done in the kitchen prior to doing the bath. (Island installation, cabinet end panel with 3 coats of stain (I installed the first coat, [redacted] mishandled the second coat, and left the third coat for me after I buffed and refinished the second coat), installation of cabinet knobs and drawer pulls, adjustments to back door). $1,200.00 was for installation of the Jacuzzi tub (framing, plumbing, electric, wall tile removal, incorrect framing removal.)$2,300.00 was for the bathroom which included removal of the remaining wall tile and floor tiles including fiber cement backer removal. (tub surround already installed with no issues as of that point)  My apologies to [redacted] if he's not pleased with the tiles his wife selected, however even though he's trying, he can't really blame me for that. The large surface tile [redacted] selected installed in a very small area apparently did not yield the look that they desired.  We installed the tiles provided by [redacted] the way she told me she wanted them installed.  Furthermore, the tile spacing cannot be equal vertically because the tile dimension is not consistent with the installation surface dimension.  There has to be a variance.  *and adding a paint job that [redacted] quoted to be a $200 job.  [redacted] is not authorized to do estimates for [redacted].*We did in fact see [redacted] at a [redacted] function over an 8 day period in October & no, we did not speak to him about business during this function, nor did [redacted] make any attempts to speak with us. This was the perfect opportunity to settle this dispute.  I was just a few miles from the [redacted]'s residence for 10 days.  I did not feel the need to make the initial contact with the [redacted]s at the function, because I am the one who is owed money.  I have made that fact clear, as the [redacted]s themselves have stated.  I feel it is time for them to do the right thing and pay their bill.  *He was angry that [redacted] called him when he was on vacation earlier in the summer.  I was not angry that [redacted] called me on vacation.  I was annoyed.  [redacted] knew I had been very busy and needed a break.  She contacted me over and over yet I made myself available to her.  [redacted] text me a picture of the tile issue.  I think the tile job in the picture she sent looks great and came out just the way we had discussed and even started the project prior to my leaving. (tub surround already installed with no issues as of that point) She also knew there was absolutely nothing I could do to address what supposed issues she had considering I was across the country.  *It would have been an interruption to not only another family vacation for him but also was the wrong place & time to discuss business as he well knows.Sukkot is not a 'vacation;' as the [redacted]s well know.  This was the perfect opportunity to settle this dispute.  I was just a few miles from the [redacted]'s residence for 10 days.  Traditionally, debts have been forgiven and released during Sukkot. (during a sabbatical year) The [redacted]s did not have an issue discussing work to their home with my family and I at Passover this year.  But then again, back then they didn't owe me money for work I had already performed on their home and materials I had already purchased for their projects.  The Revdex.com has requested I:*   Acknowledge customer concerns – most are false claims just trying to get something for nothing.  I owe the [redacted]s nothing.  I have gone over and beyond for them.  However, they still owe me $800.00 for work and materials I have purchased for their bathroom project.*   State the facts as you see them and avoid emotion –  I gave it my best. *   Explain the actions you can and can't take to resolve concerns.  -    The [redacted]s obviously feel like they have been wronged, but in my experience, this is nothing new with them.  I have gone over and beyond for [redacted], but I will not allow her or Ron to take advantage of me. I have taken enough action by purchasing the materials and performing the labor needed to get the [redacted]s closer to a functioning master bathroom. I was not hired to perform a complete turn-key bathroom remodel for them, the tile was done as planned, and their shower doors are not new. I will not return to the [redacted]'s home.  I will not give the [redacted]s any money.  The [redacted]s are filing a fraudulent claim against [redacted] and are wasting mine and the Revdex.com's time.   I will not give their claim any more of my time. The actions the [redacted]s can take to resolve any issues is to pay [redacted] $800.00 for work already performed and materials purchased for their bathroom remodel.
