Chad Herzberg Painting

chad Herzberg painting did not complete this job I hired him to do and has taken my deposit and would like the job completed or my deposit refunded.I hired this painter off a [redacted] ad he states he is a qualified journeyman interior painter so I agreed to hire him I gave him a $315 dollar deposit by cheque that has been cashed he started some patch work in my home and still has sanding and painting to finish he has not been in contact with us now for over two weekes now I have tried contacting him several times and left messages no return he has stated no reason to us why the work has not been completed nor will he speak to us about any resaloution this business has a bad track record with some of the local paint shops in the regina area the total amount of the contact is $950.00 -the $315 dollar deposit.Desired Settlementfinish the job he started
