Dear Revdex.com,This issue due to customer received some scammers call and they tried to scam herNo one from our company called customer to scam.After getting notice from Revdex.com we got in touch with customer and discussed the situation.Customer [redacted] has sent us an email authorizing us to cancel the remaining year of service and send her refund checkSo, from April to Dec, it will be total of months of service which will be refunded i.e $refundOur accounts show customers address as given below: [redacted] ***We have asked customer [redacted] to reply back and confirm that above address is correct to send $dollars Refund Cheque as Full and Final settlementOnce we cancel account and issue you a refund Cheque, we will discontinue providing any computer repair service to customer.We are awaiting customers approval for the above saidOnce we get customers approval, we will be mailing $refund check by [redacted] priority mail and send customer tracking number too.Sincerely,Accounts Department

I am rejecting this response because:the floor manager that I spook with today was very pushy and wanted me to email you and say I was satisfied with the resolution to this issue He said they would then mail me a refund check and a new windows disk to re boot or computer He wanted me to close this complaint today with out the issue being resolved I told him until this is 100% resolved I would nor send that email to anyone At that point he just ended the phone call

complaint is also due to that cyber-attack.Some of our customers have informed us of being called by scammers who illegally gained our customer information and are trying to scam our customers by pretending to be calling from our company and try to gain customers computer access or personal financial information and try to get money from customer via ***, *** ***, *** *** etc. This is not the practice of our business, nor do we request any of this type of information from any of our customers. Also, we have sent several e-mails and sent ALERT notices via USPS to our customers, detailing what we know of the scammers and also letting customers know it is not our company requesting this informationIn our ALERT letter, we have notified our customers that if they receive a phone call of this nature, they should not provide any of their information and they should hang up immediately. Any time we receive a complaint it’s been our priority to satisfy the customer. After getting this Revdex.com notice, we called and spoke to Mr*** and understood his current situation about his computerOur technical team is working on with him to get his computer fixed. For any details customer can contact us at our customer service department. Once Mr*** is fully satisfied and happy with our service, we will update Revdex.com also.
