Chad Moving

Hi,In response to chad moving company comment.My wife mother have passed away,but I washomeI called the tired a few days before my wife left to head to *** to coordinate the move , however they were not responsiveI became really update ,and my calls were escalated to the
co/owner of the company.I have no reason the make up or lie about any of this information detail inmy response.I'm extremely disappointed with the companyThey did not deliver our items , until my provided me with your contact information.Has stated we need some type of refund backBecause again, they delivered our itemsmonths laterThey also did not deliver the items , they had the contract the serviceout to a different moving company locally here with *** The owner forgot to mention that part of the story.My wife and myself are not satisfied with the current resultsPlease investigate , chat and provide me with some type of resolution.So just to clarify , I need this matter fixedThis company should not be in business.My profession is a system engineer, so money is not a factorThe main reason , why we are pursuing this matter is because they did not deliver all our stuffWe are missing boxes of thingsWe have other people blankets, and other items.So that mean they did not deliver all our itemsOr they missed up our boxes with otherpeople information.I just need my items missing from the boxes we never receievedOr compensat us for the missing items.I even told the people that delivered out stuff that we are missing itemsPlease get this matter corrected,because it our family things.I need a reimbursement for my missing itemsMissing items :--Hotspot device (AT&T Provider)--cable boxes, wireless internet modem comcast--Clothes.

following date. we tried customer did not answer. customers stuff is in storage ahnd will recieve there stuff when we have a truck going out there to mi. we have 21 buisness days to deliver.
