MrSimmons is very professional He is extremely honest and very knowledgeable of heating and air conditioning I have used MrSimmons on several occasions and he has always gone above and beyond to make me feel good as a customer and that my dollars (business) counts Every problem I have had he has been able to fix He is very competitive with his pricing so there is no need to shop around and when he does a job you can feel confident that it is a job well done!!!

My second floor AC unit went out Saturday evening and the downstairs unit went out Sunday night. Chad Simmons sent Jason to investigate first thing Monday morning. The short story is the same part on both units failed. Jason had both repaired in about 20 minutes and then completed a health check of both units and adjusted freon levels.
