Chadwick Auto guaranteed the loan, and has no control of customers who default on their financial obligations with the finance company

I am rejecting this response because: I was given a exstention to pay my noteI
have the agent name and documents to support meThe finance company agent and I had to wait for a police report concerning the hit and run on my truckI explained this to ***The transmission failed me so I called them*** told me to bring my truck inHe said he would call me and let me know my percent of the bill if I had any responsible of the transmission issueI never received the calkI called over and over and when he finally answered, he yelled at me I don't have to talk to you, I only have to talk to my bank...He fixed my truck and resold it!? And neverbspoke to me againI felt like a foolChadwick auto and the financial company both took me fastI've thought about this for a whileHe owes me the down payment of 2000$ and two car note payments @ 287$I lost my job due to not having my truckHe did not take the time to do business with me correctlyHe reacted by himself which left me foolishKept my money and made more moneyUltimately, I just want my money back

This is a direct result of not complying with a contract/financial agreement & obligation to pay back monies according to the sales contract. Chadwick Auto does not repossess vehicles, as we are not a lender. If there is any further discrepancy it should be handled directly with the lender. Thank you.
