I received one call from Mrs [redacted] on my voice mail Two attempts were made to reach her back with voice mails left That same week I had not heard backThere is only so much one can do This can get into a non stop back and forth he said she said but Unfortunately the [redacted] s had been denied by the management company for which there is a denial letter sent to themGDAA Property Management is the property Management Company that processes and manages the property I have no control over the letter and what it states for reasons for denials I nor [redacted] are privy too that information [redacted] told the [redacted] s to be Honest when filling out the applications She was instructed to stop talking with Mrs [redacted] after multiple conversations with her denial At times there are occasions when calls and discussions simply need to be stopped when politeness and reason is not being considered so [redacted] stopped conversing Please refer to the denial letter that the manager mailed to them There appears to be more to their history than something from over ten years agoThere are multiple parts of an application and all parts are reviewed by GDAA then the owner makes the final decisions on all the information That information, ERG does not collect, perform or have input and we are not privy to the content, only the approval or denial status Epperson Realty does not collect fees for applications, any refund needs to come From GDAA Thank you [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: The statements in the response are flat out untrue. I am a more than reasonable person and had the respondent contacted me directly, I would not have reached out to the Revdex.com. This back and fourth correspondence through the Revdex.com takes up more of my time than a simple phone call would have done.   [redacted] instructed us to not put down the history that was beyond 10 years, specifically, after she pointed out to us the documentation that was there on site in the model home.  There was another realtor there would witnessed this who was with [redacted] and she was the one that passed iver this document. Furthermore, after that instruction she stated that she would be calling to explain our situation first thing that Monday. However, in speaking with the representative from GDDA they received no phone call from her.  Which represent another falsehood.  Again, my complaint is simple.   We supplied the information based on [redacted] instruction. Had she not instructed us in that manner, we would not have moved forward with completing the application.  Moreover, we would not have even viewed the properties that she showed us because there would have been no need as we were up front and honest prior to looking at any property beyond the initial model where we met. I must say that am frankly appalled that the representative is alleging any type of unprofessional behavior, rudeness etc. because that never occurred on either person's part.  I have the text messages to prove that. Epperson Realty should pay back the money we are out of because had [redacted] not instructed us falsely, again, we would not have proceeded in any way shape or form.
