Like most people I wish there was a way to give negative stars. THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY IS RUDE, BELIGERENT, DOES NOT COMMUNICATE, NEVER RETURNS PHONE CALLS. THEY WERE WORKING ON OUR TENT BEATING ON THE WALL OF THE BUILDING DURING OUR DAUGHTERS WEDDING CEREMONY. We booked a tent, tables, chairs, linens, and lights for our daughters wedding 5 months in advance. The tent was an addition to the facility we were using for additional space. The week of the wedding it rained every day. We added gutters at an additional $60. The tent was supposed to be a 50 x 70 to cover the patio and a little of the ground beyond and was to be installed on Wed. Tent arrived Friday night at 8:30 during the rehearsal dinner. They put in up during the night and in the wrong location! 5' of the patio was uncovered. When we arrived on Saturday to check it, not only was it in the wrong place but it also had a bolt missing from a major support beam and the beam was hanging from the ceiling. One 50' side had not a single post for support except on the corners. And we had nothing else we had ordered. No tables, chairs, lights, gutters, linens, nothing! My salesperson was so helpful but couldn't get his boss to return a call. The florist gave me [redacted]'s cell number and he answered since he didn't recognize my number. I was told everything was on the way after they made one stop. They arrived 30 minutes prior to our wedding and were putting the gutters up connecting the tent to the building during the ceremony with guest walking under and between them. The crew knew nothing about how to install these. [redacted] sent the linens lady, the office guy, a guy who was on the job one day and a friend doing a favor to install the guttering. It leaked. The tent collected water. We had to keep pushing a chair up and draining the water. They brought two table cloths (our caterer had to use some of hers) for our tables. They brought 3 of our 8 cocktail tables. We had no lights! I worried all night that the beam would come down and kill someone because they never fixed it. I went to them and asked for a full refund of which I think we are very deserving. In fact, I think they owe us more than what we paid them since I missed out on the "getting ready" time with our daughter since I was with the caterer making phone calls. My husband and I we calling and begging Friday night and all day Saturday. And then for them to actually be there working during the ceremony is inexcusable. When asked for a refund he said he would refund the items I didn't receive at the end of the week. I refused to leave and had a "sit in". After 40 minutes he refunded a little less than half! He never once apologized. His attitude was almost as if this was all somehow my fault. I have never dealt with anyone like this EVER! Be forewarned there are definitely better people to do business with!

Rental company will not come and the smell is harmful& stink. I contacted rental company Monday 9/21-15 to pick up and I was told by [redacted] who's the clerk of the owner [redacted]. He said someone will be there. I reminded him on Monday it will rain starting Wednesday and all week, he agrred and said the driver will be there here it is September 30th and they have not picked up the portal potty's. I had to call my local sheriff and still they didn't come. I finally called the local/state environmental organization and reported to them and they also urge I file a complaint with the Revdex.com. I want to be fully reimbursed for my rental fee along with charging the rental company for every day past the bonded rental agreement. Their attitudes of the entire staff are horrible and rude. I want an apology and full reimbursement. No resident should have to tolerate in these modern day times having a rental company to house their fitly portal potty's on private party and take no effort or remorse in retrieving them. I called everyday to date and just passed off or no response. here are the series of event. called 9/18 & 9/19 when will portal partied deliver - received run around and told they will deliver by 9/18 and picked up on 9/21. didn't deliver until date of party right before on 9/19. I called until 9/28/15, still no pick up. I called the sheriff on 9/29 no pick up, Deputy [redacted] informed "He spoke with owner [redacted] and he said, his driver forgot to pick up on 9/21" it start raining and cant pick up. I called the local environmental agency, who call the state on 9/30. the State called and said they will call them and advise what they need to do. despite of the weather, this rental company should have came per the agreement then we would not be having this issue. It's not my responsibility of the weather, had they copme the following Monday 9/21 or Tuesday instead of no response the weather was appropriate and no rain. No where in my agreement where weather is contingent of picking these items up. I would like to be fully reimbursed of 132.00 for rental and also reimbursed the same for each day we housed these portal potty's after 9/21/15. They are not the standard construction worker potty's its two LARGE filled with feces and urine with a horrible smell that will be harmful if not picked up immediately. Also we have a tropical storm approaching this week and that will make things worse /////Desired SettlementI would like to be fully reimbursed of 132.00 for rental and also reimbursed the same for each day we housed these portal potty's after 9/21/15 /////
