These guys are horrible! I ordered a bed from a place that uses this delivery service not only did the guy put the bed together wrong but it collapsed on me the very next daySo I called the guy back on his personal cell phone and he thanked me for not calling into the office and telling his boss but he came back and put it back togetherTo make a long story short, not even months later the bed falls again! I got fed up with it and took it back and got my money backMind you this is dollar king size bedroom suitBut when I called these guys to see if I can be reimburse on the horrific job they done the manager or costumer service guy was very rude and didn't even apologize for the big inconvenienceSo if you don't want anything half *** deliver or assembled Please! I strongly suggest to not deal with these guysI will never shop or have anything to do with this company! I hope this reaches the top of this chain

I was in this place a few weeks ago and found that the staff was very knowledgeable in the products that they have! I cant always afford to go and buy a new stove so it was nice to go somewhere where I could get a reasonable stove for a great price.

If contemplating selling any appliances to this business be especially aware that you will receive the lowest value regardless of the condition of the appliance(s). The business verbally states that you will receive $15-35 for a working appliance. You will get the $15 when the appliance is picked up, but when "tested" to determine whether it is working, which can be weeks later, you can usually be told that the appliance doesn't work and you will receive no more money. I had sold 4 working appliances, was told over 3 weeks later that 2 didn't work and wouldn't receive any more money for anything. Recommend getting a written contract or agreement from this business if considering selling used appliances to them.

I purchased a refrigerator from Quality and the freezer froze up due to a bad defrost switch or heating element. the problem didn't manifest until 32 days after the purchase, even though it was clearly defective at the time of purchase. Since there is only a 30 day guarantee, I was out of luck. I called Quality and asked to speak to the owner/manager, and while the woman who answered the phone was polite, I never received a call back from anyone.

The problem I experienced cost me $250 plus a $29 part when I tried and failed to fix it. Quality has a service person on staff. A simple check of the defrost switch and heating element would guarantee the fridge was in good working order ehn sold. Also, they promised to clean it before delivery, but the fridge smelled like death when delivered. And the delivery guys scratched up and damaged my walls taking the fridge up to a second story apartment. All I can say is Buyer Beware.
