It all started with a phone call which was promptly returned after I left a message regarding the leak in my master's bathroom's ceilingNick called me back and immediately scheduled a roof inspectionAfter a thorough evaluation of my shingles and other related structures and assessing the damage in my ceiling, Nick said that my roof sustained a significant damage from the severe hailstorm that happened previouslyI have no experience filing a damage claim on my homeowner's hazard insurance and so, Nick was very helpful in assisting me in the processHe was very professional, knowledgeable and kind as he walked me through the process and answered all my questions and concernsAs soon as I got the insurance approval for the claim, immediately my home was scheduled for roof replacementThey even took care of the village permit requirementI told Nick that my wife and I work nights and so, we sleep during daytime to prepare for our shiftsNick was very considerate to schedule the repair on the days that both of us were off so that there was minimal to no disturbance to our routineThe repair crew was very efficient; it took them only half a day to do the job and I was pleasantly surprised that they left no debris after the work was doneAs I look at my new roof, I can't help but be amazed at the terrific job they didMy home looks great with that new roofingIf you want stress-free, efficient, personalized and reliable construction company, I highly recommend Top Midwest construction for the exemplary experience I had with them
