I am rejecting this response because: There was no agreement reached for work to be completedI have detailed documentation illustrating the price increases from before and after the security deposit was madeThe emergency repairs are irrelevant to this request but since it was brought up I will mention that we were ALSO originally quoted at a price that was paid for immediatelyThen before the EMERGENCY repairs were completed an additional amount was requested for the work to be completed that would allow me to get my wife and three kids back into our houseThe security deposit is the only item in question and is still being held without an agreement of work to be doneSince the beginning of the business dealing with Chakur Design Group there have been multiple instances of them attempting to take advantage of our situation and bleed as much money from us as possibleWe are unable to get the repairs done on our property without the money that is still being heldWe do not want to put anyone out or take advantage, we merely want what is ours so we can proceed repairs with a reputable business

The check that was forwarded to Chakur design group and was accepted and a date was scheduled for the repair to be done. Chakur Design Group also came out to the property and did an emergency repair and dig for the new electric lines and at that time the agreement of our project was discussed again...

as we moved forward we had a verbal and email confirmation on the said price. To our knowledge or documentation there was no price hike or more charges to be added unless he wanted something different as stated in our emails, we were letting the customer know he had other options besides the one we had agreed too. As we were ready to start project they decided to back out. They wrote a check to us and scheduled a date and then say we did something wrong and try to back out. We will perform the work Agreed upon and collect the balance, we did come to and verbal agreement and funds were exchanged. Also we had engineers and other companies come to property to inspect and hours of manpower into the project already we were committed. We will reschedule work when parties come to an agreement, we sent all emails and documents to our lawyer. We apologize for the inconvenience but this was not on our part
