I ordered 1 shirt in December and got it with no issue. I then ordered 3 shirts, got billed, and to this day never got them.
On December 16 I ordered a tshirt, the money was taken out of my account, and it was delivered and everything was fine. So then I turn around on December 23 and spent 24.65 for 4 shirts and the money was taken out of my account but that's the last I ever heard from them about the shirts. So then I look at my statements and on December 27, they took another 19.99 out of my bank account with no reasoning whatsoever. I have sent numerous emails and they have only responded once with the typical "with the high amount of orders, shipping is taking longer than usual". I am so frustrated with spending so much money and from all of it I only got 1 shirt.
At this point, I just want a full refund of my purchase, along with the mysterious 19.99 as well.
I never received 2 orders from this company.

just a refund for both orders
I bought a T-shirt in Dec. from Chalk & Love . I was charged $9.65 on 12/3 & then charged $19.99 each month in Dec, Jan, Feb. Mar & April .
I purchased a very simple screen print T-shirt online for my wife from Chalk & Love(CHALK & LOVE *** /FL US ) . I was charged $9.65 on 12/3/19 and another $19.99 on 12/17/19 for the shirt (Shirt and shipping?). In looking at my account , I was then also charged $19.99 on 1/13/2020, $19.99 on 2/24/2020 for nothing and no reason . No goods or services were received. The credit card was charged as "Card Purchase". Then , on 3/18/2020 my card was charged $19.99 from a company called ElenaMay Boutique(ELENAMAYBOUTIQU *** /FL US ), also in FL . The card was again charged on 4/20/2020 $19.99 from ElenaMay Boutique. Since we have never heard of or bought anything from ElenaMay Boutique, we tried to contact the company by phone and
email unsuccessfully. We suspected fraud, contacted our bank ,and canceled the card that was used by them . A few days later , on Friday April 24, I received an email that Chalk & Love was issuing a credit of $19.99 and would cancel the "membership". Since this was in response to the email I had sent to ElenaMay Boutique, it was then that I realized the two were affiliated and researched my statement finding that to date I have been charged $109.60 between the two affiliated companies namely Chalk & Love and ElanaMay Boutique. I received ONE T-shirt ordered and received in December , to total $29.64 -( $19.99+9.65) shipping and NOTHING else. I never agreed to or wanted any kind of membership or subscription ,nor was I given any information or anything at all regarding same. I have heard nothing from this company explaining a membership nor have I been given anything for the continued $19.99 they continued to take monthly from my account without my authorization . Other than the one T-shirt, I have received absolutely nothing from this company and they have charged my card $19.99 per month listing "Card purchase" as the reason. This is all fraudulent . Again, I have received nothing , agreed to nothing, authorized nothing, nor did I order anything beyond the one T-shirt from Chalk & Love in December. Further, this company then took the liberty of using my card again and charging $19.99 in March and April to a different/separate/ affiliated company called ElenaMay Boutique, again completely and totally without my consent . The company has failed to answer phone calls or emails except to say they would issue one $19.99 refund and cancel a "membership", a "membership" that I never agreed to in the first place . I am owed far more than one $19.99 refund. I am owed a minimum of $79.96 refund for the $19.99 that has been taken monthly since the T-shirt purchase. Further , the Chalk & Love Company then used this card to make "card purchases" on behalf of another company named ElenaMay Boutique , which I never even heard of until said company made two fraudulent charges to my credit card.
I am seeking a refund of a minimum of $79.96 (The difference between the T-shirt ordered, received and paid for , which was $29.64 (T-shirt and shipping) , and the 109.60 this company has fraudulently charged to my account under company name Chalk & Love and company name ElenaMay Boutique.
The company (Chalk & Love and ElenaMAy Jewelry) issued a full refund on May 5th for all funds that they took from our account from December through April. They cited an error in the way their ordering system works and some kind of mysterious "Club membership" as the reason for their taking over $100.00 from our account over that period of time. All has been refunded at this point, and the card that they were using to take money from our account each month has been deactivated. . Thank you for your assistance.

Ordered teacher shirts and never received. Now I am being charged $19.99.... Saw TWO charges a week apart in Feb.
Ordered shirts probably in Nov.. Or Dec. From on-line link. I don't have specific details at this moment. Would have to see if I wrote down any congirmations, etc
Would like my money back. Believe it was $20 for the shirts ...but specifically $38.98 for charges on credit card in Feb. And unsubscribe to whatever they think I signed up for!! Stop billing my credit card

Chalk & Love has been removing $19.99 from my bank account without permission. I have not received any product or service in exchange.
On Dec. 17, 2019 I made an authorized purchase of $14.65 on Chalk & Love's website. Order Number *** . This invoice does not describe a $19.99 recurring charge. I received emails from "Carole" and "Rachel." This company proceeded to charge my bank account a $19.99 charge on December 26, 2019 a $19.99 charge on January 13, 2020 and a $19.99 charge on February 13, 2020. I also believe they are running a separate company by the name of Elena May Boutique that charged my account $19.99 on March 23, 2020. These businesses are fraudulent and need to be terminated.
I would like a full refund in the amount of $79.96 for each charge made on my bank account. The company, Chalk and Love, has already shut down their website and is not responding by phone or email.
The company has effectively issued a refund for all transactions that have occurred since the month of December. The refunds have already been received in my bank account. I am satisfied with the resolution of this complaint and will not request any further contact with this company. Thank you.
Credit card repeatedly being charged $19.99. Only one payment of $14.65 was authorized.
I ordered and received 2 T-shirts in December. Charged $14.65. Did NOT sign up for or authorize any "club" or additional charges. I've been charged $19.99 on 4 additional dates. (December 18, January 12 and February 11 and February 23.

On Facebook, got an ad for $5 teacher shirts 1/4/2020. I ordered 4 for my team plus shipping for $27.95. I got an email immediately about my order being received and shipping 1-2 weeks away. Since then, I have not received any shirts, there has been no tracking info sent, and now they have charged me $19.99 three times on 1/14/2020, 2/14/2020, and 2/24/2020. I have emailed twice about the charges and my shirts with no response. I would like all of my money back from this fraudulent company. My order number is #CFDEA2CB10 on 1/4/2020 at 1:01 am.

Ordered shirts from their site. It's been almost 8 weeks with no delivery. They have charged me twice for the shirts I haven't even received.
Ordered on Jan 10 and was told 2-4 weeks shipping. After 5 weeks, I emailed asking for a update to the order. They said shipping was now 4-6 week due to high volume of orders and popularity of the shirt sale.
It's now been over 6 weeks. Emailed 3 times to get a response and after the 3rd email finally got a response. They said it is now 6-8 weeks. I simply asked to please have my order found and shipped and they finally responded that they "refunded my order as requested."

They have now charged me 4 times for this order. They are not responding to my emails again, and there is not contact number on their site.

I reached out to my credit card company. The scam company ended up charging me $100... all of which my credit card company refunded. Still no word from the company, but at least I have my money back from my credit card!

On 12/3/19, I purchase 2 t-shirts from this company in the amount of 14.65. It took the company over a month to send the t-shirts. Since placing the order on the T-Shirts the company has charged my credit card 3 times on the following dates of 12/17/2019, 1/11/2020 and 2/11/2020 without my permission or another purchase from me. I have attempted to reach out to the copy several times via email and has not received a response to this matter. The order is (#***A).

Through a Facebook advertisement, I clicked on the Chalk & Love site to order a $5 tee back on Jan 12. I was unaware that this was a subscription site. There was NO mention of the subscription fee of $20 anywhere that I noticed. Almost immediately, I remember getting an alert that said they were out of the tee and my order would be processed at a later time. I NEVER heard from the company again and proceeded to forget this entire thing. UNTIL, my husband pointed out that we had THREE charges to Chalk & Love on our account:
1. 1/12/20 for $14.65
2. 1/20/20 for $19.99
3. 2/15/20 for $19.99
I ordered ONE tee for $5 which HAS NEVER ARRIVED and the company has NOT communicated with me at all until I discovered the fees this week. They never contacted me that the tee was in stock and that they were charging me for it ($5 tee and somehow charged $14.65). They never contacted me that the subscription was started.
I have attempted to call 19 times this week, but it is always busy. I dare say that the phone is a scam too. I have emailed and got one response that did not address my request for FULL reimbursement. I STILL NEVER RECEIVED A PRODUCT and yet have been charged $54.63!!

The business did refund the charges. I NEVER received any product from them. This is absolutely a scam marketed towards teachers.
I ordered 3 shirts during a 'popular' shirt sale from this website on 1-07-2020. I never received a confirmation email and they 'automatically' sign you up for a $19.95 or $19.99 subscription service that literally does nothing (you don't get shirts every month or perks, literally does nothing). Now, when I submitted my order there was a small fine print explaining this so I emailed right away and cancelled the subscription but that's crappy to do in the first place.
Their website mentions a 2-week turn around time for their shirts. I had not received any info so on 1-25-2020 I used their websites 'contact us' form and asked for an update on my order. In the email, they explained that due to the popularity of the $5 shirt sale, orders were taking 4-5 weeks to process.
It is now 2-19-2020, 7 weeks later, and I still have not heard anything back from this company. I just submitted another contact us form to get updated info but to have absolutely no contact from this company that I and many others have placed trust in and money in is extremely frustrating. This whole experience has been one of the worst online-buying experiences I've ever had and I wanted to warn others of this!
