Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: On March 21, I faxed a copy of the monthly statement for February I informed the card processing company I would discontinue business with this companyThey told me the cancellation fee would be $but
they would not charge me and that they would cancel the feeI informed them also at that time that Northern leasing request that they unlock the machine so that I could use it with another companyI have not had any correspondence with them since that timeHad I known what I now know, the issue could have been settled thenI have attempted to call this office but received no answerOn 3/21/2016, I had to fax the request and shortly thereafter they called meToday 8/4/2016, I called Northern leasing (CSR Gregory) I explained the caseHis records show that when I called in February 2016, I was told that I could use the equipment with another company without any problemsThat is not what I was told at that timeWhat is an official request to close, if my statement to you on 3/21/and your acknowledgement is not sufficientI don't want to do business with someone who represents a company and they tell you one thing and the next time another person tells you something differentWho do you believe? I will be satisfied when you refund money not earned and withdrawn from my account after 4/30/I would also like to have a statement as to Challas relationship with Wholesale Banc and Northern LeasingAre these companies related by ownershipI'm not sure what the Secretary of State could provideI will wait for your responseI will fax a copy of my statement (made on 3/21/2016, to Challas) to Revdex.com today

to appease this situation, we will be processing a refund of $which covers the monthly fee of for the last months. The account has been cancelled and we are here available to answer any of your calls from 8-5, M-F. We have waived all cancellation fees, and have refunded monthly account fees even though we asked for a cancellation letter be sent after the original fax and it was never received. We have yet to receive an inbound call from this merchant and our outbound calls are not being acceptedThis will conclude all business with this merchant as there is nothing else to negotiate
