Review: Company has called advising they have a legal matter in their office with my name. I called back and was advised they received it on Friday from their client ([redacted]). Gentleman named [redacted] answered phone call when I called back; He did not provide the amount of debt, says it came out of my checking account May 2013. He stated I would be served with papers on Monday. But that he could settle today. I advised I need a copy of the charges, bill, etc he has and to forward to me. He stated he would send it. I have not received it yet.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to stop calling me harassing me stating I will be served with papers by their outsourced company.
