Had a great experience with Challenge Financial, the customer service was awesome, staff is friendly and very helpful! I was always able to speak with someone regarding any concerns and in any personal situation that affected your payment, they were willing to work with you!

PAID VEHICLE IN FULL IN FEBRUARY AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED TITLE OF VEHICLE AS JUNE MONTHS AND THEY STILL REFUSE TO SEND IT SAYS MONEY BANK IS PROCESSING MONEY STILL THEY TOOK THAT MONEY MONTHS AGO

I have attached a copy of what I receive every month The car note was paid on time I sent a copy of this very payment to [redacted] , yet to this day she fails to update my account To make matters even worse she has put my account on even more past due I paid my July car note, I sent a cashier check with certified mail, she called me on the following Monday telling me I didn't make the payment, I made her aware that the payment was on the mail In fact payment was received on 23rd July at 1:pm On the 27th of July I receive outstanding payments note, one for June and one for July I paid both car notes on time I asked the name of her supervisor, she wont provide that to me , she is unwilling to disclose the reason why she has not update my account, and she will not disclose my pay off amount She has stopped making contact with me and I really want to close my loan I am low income, I am a full time student, I pay all my bills in timely fashion I pay my taxes just as the next person, it is my right to know why I cannot have my account updated and my loan pay off amount Any help on this matter will be appreciated I don't have the financial capabilities to hire a lawyer and to be honest I shouldn't hire one I am not asking anything that it is not writhing my basic rights Best Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com:Ive had a number of billing problemsOriginally when the loan funded I sent them payments to have posted in advanceThey posted one to the regular payment and one to principalI called them to clarify my request and the young lady advised they dont take payments in advanceThrough the span of years Ive paid and Ive never been late while this office in Phoenix called me, my references, friends, mother in law in a harrassful manner completely violating FDCPAI finally had to issue a cease and desistI once again called them about days ago to let them know that due to financial difficulties I would be requesting the payment posted to principal to be posted towards my June or July paymentThe young lady ignored my request and told me I had better have a payment in or my vehicle would be repoed! I was days past due!I immediately filed a complaint demanding the correction and asking for the principal payment to be postedI receive an extension form??? That's not what I asked for!, now I try to make a payment and my account is locked to force further delinquencyThis is malicious and deliberate and I will file a complaint to the attorney general after this.I want to have the principal posted payment reversed and applied as a regular paymentI also want to be able to make my paymentsThis loan has less than a year to mature and this is ridiculous Regards, [redacted]

Challenge financial customer service agents are rude and disrespectfulThey call you and harass you over a payment that was dollars shortThey called and told me they would put me in jail if I didn't pay the dollars and when I told them I would pay the dollars next month with my new car payment they told me no and they would come and pick up the carThey break all kinds of laws and they even threatened to come to my house and fight meThis company takes advantage of people who can't get financed anywhere elseI have made my car payments every month and since I had a dollar past due payment so now they are threatening to take my car and harassing my wife

I was transferred to them months or so after I bought my Audi A3, my experience with them has been HORRIBLE, to say the least, they have always talked down to me, it feels like I am talking to my mom, the representative that used to help me quit, her name was ***, in her place they put ***, at extension ***, last week, she called because my payment had not arrived, however, I did send my payment via mail days prior, apparently they had not received it yet, and she started threatening me, saying that my car was going to get repoed, and that she could not do anything about it, even though I was not late yet, I did however, pay late a couple times, but since then I have improved considerably,not only do I have to use a system as old as mail to submit my payments, which is not a % safe payment method, but if you try to pay them any other way they charge you !!, my advise to you, if you get your loan handled by Challenge financial, re-finance and get a better APR as soon as you are able, they do not have a reliable payment system, they do not treat their customers with respect, and do not care to my Name is Ben and I DO NOT recommend them whatsoever Again the account manager is [redacted] at extension ***

My contract due date for payments were agreed on the 6th of each monthEvery month I get calls and texts of payment due or delinquentAfter about months I'm told my payments are never on time because they are due on the 1stThat is when I realize why they would begin harassing me around the 3rd day of each monthMy debit card gets compromised and I tell them I would get the payment inMy payment becomes days passed due and I didn't expect compassion or sympathy, but a little bit of communication and professionalism wold be niceThen the next day, on 12/7, I go to pay my payment using the "pay near me" card they gave me to use, and its declinedThey blocked it so I can not make a paymentI text them asking them to take it off, and I get a negative responseThey sent a man to my place of employment to place a note on my car dated 12/saying they have been attempting to contact meI don't understand this because I spoke to someone on 12/6, the day beforeI have video of the man walking several times around my car and looking inside my carThis is harassmentAfter reading several negative reports and reviews about this finance company I don't feel safe

We have received and researched the borrowers complaint On June 19th, the borrowers account was purchased from [redacted] ( [redacted] )The payment in question was made by the borrower at [redacted] [redacted] failed to forward the payment to Challenge FinancialThe borrower provided receipts of the payment made and it was noted by the CFS agent, but CFS did not have the money to post to the accountAll of the subsequent calls made by the CFS agent were to inform the borrower that the payment had still not been forwarded by [redacted] CFS made numerous attempts to get the payment from [redacted] The borrower was urged by the CFS agent to contact [redacted] herself and demand that they forward the payment Finally on July 31st the payment from [redacted] was received by CFS and immediately posted to the borrowers accountAll potential late fees by the system were waived and the payment was noted on her account to the original payment date as provided by the borrower Once it was determined early on that the borrowers payment was made to the wrong company Challenge Financial and its representatives made every effort possible to retrieve the paymentThe agent attempted to counsel the borrower to contact [redacted] and demand they forward her payment that belonged to CFSAt no time was the borrower harassed or disrespectedThe borrower requested a Supervisor call on June 21st and a call was placed and a message was left on June 22nd by a SupervisorThe borrower was informed that her account was in delinquent status but also assured that her credit would NOT be adversely affected by this incident, but that CFS had a responsibility to let her know the contractual status of her accountThe borrower left a similar complaint on the CFS website which has similarly been addressedCFS and the borrower were both Helpless in this matter THIS COMPLAINT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DIRECTED TO " [redacted] ", NOT "CHALLENGE FINANCIAL SERVICES"

First we sincerely apologize for any unprofessional treatment this customer received from Challenge Financial employeesThere is never an excuse to treat customers unprofessionally and we have reprimanded the employees involved with this account In response to [redacted] reporting, it appears all our reporting on this account has been accurateThe customers report is out of date We stopped reporting to [redacted] in April due to the previous complaint the customer lodged (Revdex.com Complaint # [redacted] )It is our policy to stop all credit reporting when a customer disputes the status of their account to avoid reporting errorsThis avoided the customer receiving a Repossession and Charge-off report that would have been accurate, but would have severely damaged their creditThis current compliant is the first time we have been made aware that the customer had a dispute with their credit reportAt the customer's option we can begin reporting on their credit again but that would likely hurt the customer's creditAlternatively we can remove their credit report completely, but the customer must contact us so we know how to proceed On the repossession of the customer's vehicle, it is important to understand Challenge provided loan servicing on this account, which means the Dealer (SD Mission Auto Sales) that sold the vehicle and originated the loan retained ownership (lienholder status), and paid Challenge to administrate the loanIn this case, Challenge had no involvement in the decision, ordering, or carrying out of the RepossessionWe were unable to furnish documents or information regarding the repossession because we had no access to that informationOur staff noted in our system at the time that they informed the customer that they needed to contact the dealer in regards to the repossession, but clearly we did not sufficiently communicate and convey that fact We apologize once again that the customer had a bad experience with Challenge FinancialWe will use this as an opportunity to improve in both our professionalism and clear communication skillsI welcome speaking with the customer at anytime to ensure we bring this issue to an agreeable conclusion [redacted] Challenge Financial [redacted]
