Review: I signed a contract with the gym on March [redacted], 2014 and the gym closed in Mid October. I payed for a full year of service and only received half. On [redacted] the [redacted] promised to refund the money but when I tried to contact the gym I got no response.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the money (roughly $125.00 for 6 months) I payed for the gym membership that I was not able to use due to the closing of the gym.

Review: I purchased a 20 pack of semi private training sessions for my husband and son each. This was over the summer and the semi private training was offered morning and evening. Now, for whatever internal business reasons, the semi private training is offered sporadically in the morning and not at all in the evening. My son goes to school and my husband work so they can't come in the morning. I emailed them twice and wrote a letter once asking for my money back because they are not offering the services I paid for. My response was they can come anytime before noon and I have to let them know in advance. This is not possible. And it took over a month for them to reinstate the semi private training.Desired Settlement: My son went a few times and my husband went twice. My husband paid 230 for 20 sessions so he didn't use 18 sessions. He should get back 207 dollars and I believe my son went five times but I can't be sure because they took his card and aren't giving it back to me. A [redacted] took the card to show the [redacted] and ask for a refund on my behalf. The [redacted] said no and didn't return the card but if he still has about 15 sessions he should be refunded 172.50.
