Challenger Electric

I had challenger electric of Florence Colorado install a 17kw generator for residential use. The crew was extremely considerate of my questions and concerns during the installation.[redacted], who I believe is the owner of the company repeatedly explained what they were doing and explained why. It is not a plug and play installation!!! It took the best part of the day to complete the job. The crew chief, I can't recall his name tested the unit, explained the how to do steps and spent almost an hour making sure I knew the basics and assured me that if I had any questions to call the office immediately. The following day [redacted] himself came to my house and reviewed the installation and assured me that my satisfaction was his job #1. During his visit he discovered a minor glitch with the battery heat pad and immediately switched it out. I am very happy with the product and the service.
