Woodbury Nissan never requires any customer to purchase an extended warrantyWe offer every customer the opportunity to purchase a warrantyMs [redacted] did agree to and sign all the paperwork for the extended warrantyMs***, as with any customer, has the right to cancel her extended warrantyShe elected to go to another Nissan dealership to do thisIf she had come to Woodbury Nissan, where she purchased the vehicle, we would have explained to her again why we offered the extended warranty, and that upon cancellation, the state of New Jersey will not refund her sales tax, and that the interest will go back to the bank and be applied to her paymentsWe did correspond through email to Ms***, however, she was not satisfied with our responseWe are very sorry that she is not happy and given the opportunity, we would have cancelled and explained everything to her again

Dear *** ***I spoke with *** *** todayHe is upset that we did not replace the tire on his daughter's leased Sentra that was purchased from Woodbury Nissan. Our service department inspected her tire and noticed "visible impact" on the steel wheel at the point of the
"bubble". *** *** was very upset about this and we offered to cover some of her expense for tire replacementShe did not accept and did have the tire replaced at another place of business. After speaking with *** *** today, there is no reasonable resolution acceptable to him or his daughterI feel that while I would like to have *** *** and his daughter *** as a satisfied Woodbury Nissan customer, I can not do anything that would result in that scenarioSincerely, Tina W***

Dear Ms***I am not able to locate any documentation for an Altima sold on December 15, to *** * *** Is there a possibility the vehicle was purchased under a different name?Thank you,Tina W***

Dear *** ***I understand you are not happy that a nail was not found in your tire on your initial visit to Woodbury Nissan. I would like to speak to you regarding your service at Woodbury NissanI can be reached at *** *** *** ***Sincerely,Tina W***

Dear Ms***, We did all paperwork correctly when leasing Ms***'s new Nissan RogueWe did not have a copy of her *** contract nor do we ever ask for any customers prior contractWe were not aware of ***'s early termination policyIt is true that our manager,
Vishal, that spoke with Ms*** is aware of this policy, but he just started to work with us on Saturday, July 30, It is unfortunate that Ms*** was not aware of the terms in her contractNissan allows their customers to come out of their contract early as long as the payments are fulfilledSince we are a Nissan Dealer, we have not run into this prior. We have done lease returns with *** before, yet we have never come across this issue before.I am sorry that Ms*** has been put in this position, but it is not a result of any mistake, lie or misrepresentation on our part.I will gladly provide the Revdex.com with any documentation that you may require with the express consent of our customer, Ms***. Sincerely,Tina W

We have reached out to Ms. [redacted]'s mother, [redacted] and come to an amicable solution. We hope that she is happy and will continue to be a happy Woodbury Nissan customer for many years to come. Thank you

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
Spoke with the actual manager and he was much nicer than the sales manager.  The Nissan lease and the [redacted] lease both read that fair market values will play into the valuation of the returned lease. I asked that Nissan split the [redacted] bill with me (about $600 per person) since they did not know and I did not know what would occur. I am waiting for a response.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:Nissan does not allow customers to just pay the remaining payments as stated in the response to end their lease early. My current Nissan lease is in front of me and states, "An early termination charge equal to the difference, if any, between the Adjusted Lease Balance and the Vehicle's Fair Market Wholesale Value." (NISSAN LEASE) My [redacted] lease states, "The amount by which the adjusted lease balance exceeds the Vehicle's realized value at termination" ([redacted] LEASE). Therefore, both the Nissan and [redacted] lease state that the customer would be responsible for the difference in valuations that is occurring. Nissan should have been fully aware of this because their early termination in their lease essentially states that same thing. Nissan should have offered me informed consent and good customer service practices by informing me that I would be financially responsible for future charges and by not stating "It will be okay."

Complaint:...

[redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
It was 3 times that I brought the car there and nothing was found. The 2nd visit I was not happy with the mechanics saying they didn't see an issue but they'll put it in the dunk tank if I would like. I agreed and asked for it to be put in the dunk tank and then the service associate asked me to just wait until the tire pressure light comes on again and bring it back. The service associate also told me that it's normal to have to turn your heat up to 90* for it to blow warm air out, which is ridiculous. They did not perform the correct tests for the heating system which is covered by my warranty. This company has done nothing but try to get out of doing the proper repairs. The previous 2 mechanics that checked the tire must not of looked real well because the nail was in such an obvious spot. The sales associate should not have made me wait a 3rd time to come back and continue to loose time and money from my job.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
I will take further action.this incident is obviously not a concern to a dishonest dealership for how I was treated and overcharged. I was scammed, disrespected ,mislead and lied to . There has been no respolution. I was embarresed and Inconvienced . I gave the owner the opportunity satisfy my complaint thus far that has not been done.

Dear Ms. [redacted], We have been in touch with [redacted] regarding her [redacted] and the amount that she owes [redacted]. Her complaint is not really with Nissan, it is with [redacted] and we will do our best to find an amicable solution for both parties. I will keep you informed.  Sincerely,  Tina W

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: The response given by [redacted] did not explain the content of the conversation between Mr. K[redacted] and myself. For documentation purposes, I wanted to have the full content of the conversation in which we had and not a response from a third party to the conversations.

We responded to [redacted] on the day we received the original complaint. We painted his bumper and he has a license bracket installed. His vehicle was not used nor had it been driven by anyone. It was a brand new vehicle that had originated at Woodbury Nissan. When [redacted] brought his...

Pathfinder in to have the bumper painted, we supplied him with a Pathfinder to drive for the day that met his satisfaction. I believe that [redacted] is happy with our response to his concerns and we do apologize for any inconvenience in having to return to the Dealership so that we could correct the paint issue on his bumper.

Dear I spoke with [redacted] today. We had a very nice conversation. Mr. K[redacted] did in fact provide [redacted] with  a letter from the Credit Bureau to remove the hard credit check. She did also purchase a Nissan Maxima from Woodbury Nissan and assures me that she is very happy with her purchase. We have agreed to meet when she comes into the Dealership to pick up her Motor Vehicle paperwork. Thank you,Tina W[redacted]
