I am rejecting this response because:this is a lieWe never agreed to any lesser quality of any productWe never agreed to anything this liar claimsHe claimed he was a licensed contractorHe is notHis so called workers were not at the job site he claimedThey were seldom there that was the problemHe did numerous things without asking our permissionPlease rwview contract it clearly shows what was approved and agreed onNo where in writing did we agree or aprove anything he mentionedIt is clear he will lie about evrything to screw over a homeownerHe quit we have saved texts from Anton stati g he quit the job and his loss was our gainWe will not respond to any more of his lues and threatsWe will seek an attorney he is not a licensed contractor and breached the contractWe will let a court decide

This client hasn't paid for a single thing we did, he currently has a lien filed against him die to not paying for the contract I didn't quit our lives were threatened we tried three times to work things out with the customer The final time my brother came to resolve the issues he then proceeded to threaten him *** *** We decided that he was unreasonable and able to work with I have no problem with paying for the glass on the door The skimmer the customer damaged and we tried to replace, he admitted the pipe was brittle I hired *** *** to come fix things, and gives us an estimate but he again threatened us and made terrible comments towards us All subs have been paid out of pocket, no one will be coming after them We removed over dump trailer loads of debris, built a fence, built a retaining wall, set grade for pavers, had pavers delivered, wall block delivered, and several other materials Road Base of yards, top soil yards, yards of sand $7000, in pavers and wall block, several weeks in labor, paid *** *** ***, $to stump grind and remove trees Concrete poured for coping around pool $electrical was run, but not completed due to his behavior I will deduct cost of window and pool from what's owed if they pay for what work was done and completed Materials rendered and labor rendered Plus legal loss, in addition to removing there negative reviews.I have not lied nor have I done anything without permission, I haven't tried to take his tools if we did we will kindly replace them I'm a licensed under *** ***s licenses I purchased his business operated as a foreman under #*** Im currently listed as a 49% owner in chamberlain Landscaping INC the license paper work was submitted to allow for in corporation We Cary Workmanship Comp, and liability insurance I'm doing everything within my legal right *** was on site several times which is within the parameters of the California state contractors licensing board I've applied for my own license times in the last three years I will give you documentation for this The license board is doing its best to keep us from getting a license but I'm a 100% qualified with over years of experience. Exhibit A- broken Levels from clients hostile anger We found these after he locked up our tools and equipment and wouldn't allow us to retain it It took three days before he would, and they only would allow us to pick up our materials after we sent a letter to release all liability Case in point they broke the contract at this point very clearly.Exhibit B- Fixed skimmer, he sent pictures of this before we fixed it, this is as we are rapping up the project We also cleaned the project Exhibit C- Coping color matches home, and added contrast to pavers Bella color that we were going to install Concrete raped the entire perimeter of pool.Exhibit D- This was almost all concrete, lots of rock and debris, we had pallets of pavers, and pallets of block wall and 30% of the pavers installed and we removed it all as you can see we cleaned it up very well.Exhibit E- Bell brothers installed this it was in process of permit and had been submitted, it was pressured and had been inspected We had to stake the base, and move it over from the electrical box 12" to pass Final inspection was scheduled but he became very hostile, and unreasonable so it was able to be completed.Exhibit F- I also paid for $in supplies for the shedHe wasn't happy with the Doug fir material delivered for the framing of his shed, I was asked to save money and meet a budget, I agreed the wood was poor quality see I took back what he asked for I was reimbursed for the wood $dollars The some wood got used on the fence pressure treated But at least $500-$was used on his shed, but there's no way to know I should be reimbursed for some of it and my time Exhibit G- Tree was to the right, we did work in the front we cleaned up all of this space Removed as requested after he locked up my tools, specifically my $dollar plate compactor I'm not trying to scam, take advantage, lie, be deceitful, or cause them more problems, but I've not been paid a single penny due to the fact that we were using Ygrene Energy fund ***Also due to the nature of *** and ***s behavior thought out this whole process they have been denied to use *** a service that allows them to hire professionals, they have been flagged on ygrene due to them complaining about every service representative they have recommended Or used I will not pay for anything until they are ready to pay for the work we have done I have tons more additional documentation to prove that they are not submitting all the facts.Warmest regards,*** ***

In response to the complaint from [redacted]. There was a patio window broken during the cement demolition. As soon as I knew of the incident, I contacted a glass company to schedule a repairman  to come out and replace the window when I was told by [redacted]'s significant other to...

not repair it until the landscape project was completed. I never indicated that I would not have the window repaired/replaced. Regarding [redacted]'s accusations that our company damaged their pool skimmer and water fall feature, I am attaching a copy of an email from [redacted]'s significant other that clearly states he was the one that damaged the skimmer and asked that I find someone to repair the damage. This was a project estimated to cost nearly $49,000. I had a team of men at their home on a daily basis for almost 3 weeks (other than the days that we were rained out and work could not be productive). Upon each complaint the clients had, I worked to try and please them. They insisted on cutting cost and a less expensive wood was ordered for the shed. When they complained about the quality of the fence, I sent a new crew out to repair and did not allow the previous crew to come back (and ultimately fired those employees). We were on schedule to complete the project within days when [redacted] and [redacted] insisted that our company not return to their property and complete the job. I am attaching an email from [redacted] to myself and I am also attaching a copy of the letter sent via email to [redacted] on February 26, 2016.

I am rejecting this response because:We are not going to waste anymore of our time with this habitual liar and his slander. He can lie all he wants, but the truth will come out. We stand by what we have said and the review and complaint. [redacted] and [redacted] are cowards, liars, and scam artist. Their opinions of us does not matter to us. We are honest homeowners that would tolerate being scammed. The only thing that matters are the facts in this matter, not his slanderous lies. We are done trying to resolve this matter in a civil way. You can not work with someone who just lies and won't be honest. That is why they will never be more than con-artist and scammers. No further communication with them will take place. They are refusing to resolve this matter and pay us for damages and loss of use of our property after they quit. We will take that as a final response and not waste any more of our time.thank you
