I am rejecting this response because:If he did exactly what he said in his response then we wouldn't of had the water damage. As he states he says he wrapped the black membrane up over the curb (the 2x4's. ) in the pictures of the demo you can clearly see the curb s not wrapped in fact it was layed under the curb and screws were through the 2x4's into the membrane which punctures holes into the membrane which defeats the purpose. He also states he ran the membrane up the wall 12" and in fact it may have been 5" at the most. He states exactly how a tile shower should be done but yet he in fact did not do it properly.  We hired a real tile guy who examined and redid the tile job. We were out of a shower from February 23rd to April 7th. In a new home this should not happen. And with doing our research all of his addresses on his facebook page, his insurance paper, and s.o.s. are all different and false. Yes our builder paid him, but we pay our mortgage plus we had to pay out to the new tile guy to fix the improper work that he had done. He was allowed back on the property with the builder on the day he set up which he never showed and the reason we did not want him back on our property was due to the fact we found out he has a long criminal records for theft, burglary and more. We are protecting our children by not allowing him back on the property again.

I'm not sure what I'm responding to regarding this complaint, I have done my job correctly, they state that I have a criminal record, which I do, but people change their lives, which I have done, but what that has to do with anything regarding this makes no sense to me. I have all the pictures of the step by step process I took just for this reason. If there is any more you need to know contact me at ###-###-####
