Yes pest control came out

Review: January I started my search for a new apartment, this is when I stopped by Premier Gardens rental suite formerly [redacted]. Upon entering I spoke with both [redacted] and [redacted] about that property. They went on to tell me how they had recently acquired the apartments and were renovating\redoing the apartment as people were moving out.I was excited as I was looking for a new or newly redone space so, I look at the demo apartments and took a application. Pictures can be found on their web site. I returned 02-04-14 with application and fee in hand. My application was excepted and I was excited; very shortly after that day I return with my security deposit and it was placed with my application. I was informed that they did'nt have any available apartments.Later a apt. became available. I was to move in and sign my lease march 4th. March 2 I came to look at what was to be my apartment it was not redone or renovated as stated. I shared with Roberts my concerns and she stated they were'nt finished yet and that she would have them fix some of the things I mentioned. I left the apartment feeling very mislead and little trapped, as I had give these people a 250.oo deposit. I returned March 4th with my brother and looked over the apartment again only to find much of the same. I already knew I couldnt move in there then my brother confirmed what I already knew.It was worse than where I was/am living now. I was forced not to move in:hall entrance junky and dirty, big hole flooring, apt. front door dirty un-painted and cracked. Inside bathroom was broken up a painted over on and on. I did have the idea to take pictures thank God. They are worth a thousand works. I was told that these things were cosmetic and could be fixed in a day and that because I signed a appilation that said I would forfeit my deposit if I caneled for any reason that counld not get my money back.e This is not a just decision in my case. If the apartment is not move in readyDesired Settlement: My full deposit,as soon as possible.Changes should be made to application;to include what happens if the space is not move-in ready and \or not as promised. Most people are not thinking that a [redacted] would keep their money if the apartment is not ready or done right. This needs to be made very clear, people have a right to know this. The lease said that your are not obligated to fix anything in the apartment. It like your trying to get over on people. It may not be the cas but it seems like it.

Review: My family and I have been residents of the Chamberlayne Garden apartments for two years. I have called continuously about my stove being broken. We have a gas stove that makes a sound. Also there is mold in my bathroom, that was looked at by a contractor. I have not heard anything else from maintenance or the rental office. Just this past March, we were without hot water for almost a month. I have tried to reach out to all levels of management. We have contacted the [redacted], whom stated that we need to reach out to the rental office. At this point, if we cannot get a new stove within the next 7 business days, I want to be released from our lease so that my family and I can live safely and have adequate appliances to use.Desired Settlement: If a replacement or new stove cannot be provided and installed withing the next 7 days along with the mold being removed, please allow us to be release from our lease agreement in according to[redacted] code [redacted].

Review: Have been without hot water since the 7th of this month. Have been told by rental office it's fixed but today ran water for 20 minutes and still cold. Moldy bathroom windows and peeling tub. Last time maintenance just painted over mold. Please help me.Desired Settlement: To be done reasonable amount of time or to be released from lease asap.
