The paint job was not done properly and if he did not have the insulation replaced that mold would come back. If I go back and fix the work, done by others, I would charge for the work to be done. I am not going to correct someone else work for free. I don't want this to be on my record.

I am rejecting this response because:
Some of the stuff we wrote he was wrong about. He tried to overcharge me for fixing the side of my house. I told him he did not need to take all of the insulation out, only a portion of it. Due to this, I refused to let him work on the inside of my house. The way he operates, he wanted to order more materials in order to fix the house, but not use them and sell them to someone else. When I paid him off he told me he was going to come put some tar on my roof. He said he would do it as soon as possible, and he would get in touch with me when he was going to do it. He never got back in touch with me, so I started calling him. After I finally got in touch with him, it was from another phone. The only reason he answered is because he did not recognize the number. I would like a refund of all of my money. I paid him $3,000.00.
