A new check was issued in [redacted] s name only via [redacted] ***.? [redacted] notified Chambers Auto Repair that the check had been cashed and payment was completed on claim.? [redacted] came to Chambers Auto Repair to inspect the vehicle, and attempted to offer less than half of the amount originally agreed upon.? We contacted [redacted] about this issue, and they stated that the claim was paid directly to [redacted] .? No further action will be taken on the part of the insurance company.? Several attempts to contact [redacted] without success.? Vehicle has accumulated storage charges beginning 3-1-to present in the amount of $per day.?
