To Whom It May Concern, [redacted] and our Support Team have been in contact with one another via email ( [redacted] )He had some issues receiving the package through Royal Mail but was eventually able to acquire itOnce received, he told our support team "Yesterday I received a card from the royal mail it wasnt your fault I am sorry it was about the uk post ,I just took them the quality its really amazing I cant beleive I will recommend em,I was a bit dissapointed just couse I had to wait two mounth and I couldn get any of your promotional offers in this period"A week later, [redacted] messages our Support Team again with images of our products with damagesThe damages that appear through the images are (3) buttons that are torn off and a tear in the pocket of his jacketWe have a Returns & Exchanges policy which states "In case of a defective item, or incorrect item shipped that can be attributed to a mistake by Chambers, customers are asked to fill out our online returns request formIn their online request, customers should attach pictures proving the defect or the mistakeIn these cases, shipping costs, duties and tax fees will be at the expense of Chambers."So our Support Team messaged [redacted] back and gave him two options"1) Since it was a hassle for you to receive the package, the easiest thing to do is for you to get the buttons and tears repaired locally, and take a picture of the invoice, and we will reimburse you the invoice2) OR you can send the Dress Shirt and Jacket back to us, and we can either give you a refund, or if we have that item(s) in stock, we can ship out another one." [redacted] then responded claiming he cannot afford a tailor or afford to pay for the "fee for flight/vato again" and then claimed we were scamming him! At this point, our support team tried to see what else we could do to help him outWe decided to reimburse his [redacted] account $to get it repaired locallySince, he could not afford to get it repaired locally, reimbursing him first was the best solutionAfter informing [redacted] of our decision, he stated "Really you think I am gonna find a tailor who is gonna fix a satin jacket and shirt for 20$ in the centre of London..and all the bother I need to do you should come and fix ,actually I wanna be changed and you ggonna pay the travel and the vato thats [redacted] I am gonna get my right"At this point, our support team went above and beyond for this customer and did some researchOut of all of the tailors local to [redacted] , we were able to get in contact with and both offered to get the repairs done with only $(British Pounds)We then told [redacted] the good news and did not receive a response backAs for [redacted] 's comment on our promotionsWe continuously have promotions on our products but do not offer clients who already placed an order to recieve the benefits of current/future promotionsRegards, Teddy Head of Customer Support Chambers LLC
