First, the plumber indicated that the water heater was leakingThe water heater was not leaking, the male adapter was the problemAfter receiving a second opinion, the tank was not leaking, so there was no need to perform modifications or replace the water heater at this time, Also, Vintage Plumbing does not deserve the service fee based upon the inaccurate work order and the poor customer service.*** ***

We went out to this homeowners house after *** *** sent us the work orderUpon arriving to the house we determined that the Water Heater was outside it’s manufactures warranty and wil need to be replaced instead of repairWe determined that if we repaired it, that it would be a high
risk repair with such an old heater The day of the installation the homeowner told us that he was not happy about the noncovered charges so we returned his moneyWe can’t control what his policy covers and doesn’t coverWe were not there when he filled out his contract with the warranty company We want all of our customers to feel comfortable about the work we are performing So we told him to find another company that would satisfy his requestHe contacted another company to put a Band-Aid on his water heater and now he wants a refund of $ The only thing he paid, was a service fee that pays us to diagnose the problemHe needs to contact his warranty company and change his contract

*** *** *** *** *** sent us this work order to go out to this home and diagnosis the problem and report Once we once we arrived at the house we realize that the AC condensation drain line underneath the sink was tied in with a 1/hose This is the this is the
reason why the AC had a stoppageThe proper sizing for this hose is the recordBecause *** *** does not cover first second or damages it is our application to make sure that the home is not getting secondary damage when we leave the house. *** contacted our office being extremely difficult and obnoxious We tried to explain to her why we had to shut off the A/C and she got even more irritate Look at her desired resolution She is requesting a refund of $that she had to pay an A/C company to fix She didn't contact a plumbing company to fix the issue, because it's an A/C Instalation issue This was NOT a plumbing problem Thank goodness we shut off the A/C upstairs because her home would have had secondary water damage This customer is upset because her policy didn't cover for the repairs *** *** offers plans that cover for this situation Vintage plumbing can't control what policy the homeowners ch can't control what policy the homeowners choose I recommend that she upgrades her policy
