[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] even though the heater was purchased from another company, it was installed by Chameleon PoolsWe paid for these services so therefore chameleon should be responsible for the installation malfunctionThe Pool leakage was done in a poor matter, where Ray did the testing with another employee who had no experience with the equipmentRay also stripped a plastic strip around the stairs of the pool and never came back to repair themThe piece of plastic strip is still half attached and floating around the pool which is a hazard for anyone to trip and fall into the waterThere was never a water leakage report from Chameleon poolsI have emailed the secretary several times asking for it and there have been excuses that she does not have access to provide oneTo say that they did us a favor and did not charge us for the services provided is an insultThe pool leakage was addressed from when the pool was first installed and it took them one year later to do any testing at allChameleon pools came to open the pool in May and Ray even confirmed there is too much water missing and there is a pool leakageWe believe that chameleon pools are running away from a major responsibility and refuse to waste their services on us.

We service over 100 pools a year and never have we had the sort of experience that we have had with this customer. We have had everything from unreasonable complaints to verbal threats and hiring our employees on the side.Their complaints are all unfounded. One of their main complaints is that the...

heater that they bought online against our recommendations has a leak. When they purchased the heater online, we told them that we do not warranty internet purchased equipment. Another one of their complaints is the pool leak detection that we have done. We ran a standard bucket test, where water is placed in a bucket on the step, and water levels are recorded both inside and outside the bucket. This test rules out water evaporation as a source of water loss. We told them that the test is easy and can be done by them or that we can do it at the cost of a service call and that no charge will be incurred if a leak is found. They asked us to run the bucket test for them and let them know the results. We ran the test over the course of 7 days, the water loss was the same in the pool as the bucket, meaning no leak in the pool. We did not charge them for the service calls as a courtesy. When we emailed that info over, the customer requested that she wants a more detailed report, which does not exist. We ran the test, and gave them the results, there is nothing more that we can do on this. In summary, the customer's behavior has been unacceptable and our company wishes to cease our relationship with the customer in all regards. As stated in the attached letter that was emailed to the customer on August 15, 2016, we feel that our relationship must end and that our staff should not have to be subjected to verbal threats (including one of violence) and name calling and feel that their behavior is unacceptable. Please see attached letter and our replies to the customer's complaints via social media.Thank you Bob [redacted], owner
