Be sure you get it in writing that your dog towel has a guarantee from any defect, ie rips from a emblem that is stitched on their product Used our dog towel a few times and where the emblem is located on the dog towel (embroidered)has separated from the towel causing a hole Asked the company about replacing it and they sent a new towel but now want money
I stated that the towel is defective but guess there is no protection
