Champ Home Inspections

My wife and I hired a home inspector, [redacted], of Champ Home Inspections. Mr. [redacted], along with a pest inspector, [redacted] of [redacted], located in Sun City, AZ, upon the recommendation of our real estate agent, [redacted] of Realty Executives in Scottsdale, had provided us with inspection reports on a property we were considering for purchase in Cave Creek, AZ. Both Mr. [redacted]'s and Mr. [redacted]'s inspection reports were deliberately falsified, leading us to believe we had purchased a home in far better condition than it was. Both Mr. [redacted] of Champ Home Inspections as well as Mr. [redacted] of [redacted], and [redacted] (the company) were all recently found culpable and sanctioned by their respective State of Arizona licensing agencies and were both fined for failing to meet their Standards of Professional Practice. Unfortunately, we learned too late that this was not Mr. [redacted]'s first time before his Disciplinary Board. Mr. [redacted] of [redacted] was similarly sanctioned for failing to document serious property deficiencies.
