I did not receive an email alerting her intention to come in and pick up items I have corresponded with Dmany times via email previous to her filing I had a serious personal family issue during this time frame which I explained to D.We never give copies of inventory at drop off because it takes time to process, research and price It is not our usual practice to send copies of inventory unless specifically requested This was not requested at time of drop off but later We did not rush her and her mother out the door Items did not get placed on the store floor until April Our contract states a check will be sent by the 25th of the following month Which would mean a check sent by May We were remiss in sending checks out lateDFiled on June Which is a very tight time frame to come to the conclusion that we "took her clients items" We waived the $processing fee.Thank you
