Dear Revdex.com,The customer had a balance of $after their meter reading on or about September 15, 2015. We refunded the security deposit of $and credited their account on September 23, 2015. This left a credit balance of $$204.09. We then waited to see if any
additional payments were being made through the end of the next meter billing cycle due to the unpaid balance. Since no payments were received on or before October 15, 2015, we proceeded to have a refund check processed for the end of the next meter billing cycle on or about November 15, Unfortunately, if a meter account has an unpaid balance, it can take up to 60 days and sometimes up to days to process a refund check as we have to ensure no additional payments are receivedIf a meter account is paid in full and has a zero balance ii normally takes 30 - days for a refund check. We were also upgrading our business software at this same time which may have slowed this process down. As a result the refund check of $was processed and mailed on December 10, 2015, which is just under days.
