Champion 65 Motors Reviews (4)

I am rejecting this response because:Additional information has come to light since the time of the original complaint submission, which was provided to the dealership through multiple means of communicationsExpired tabs from DVS were result of improperly completed paperwork and application of fees on submitted title transfer / registration, completed by the dealer; title transfer was not properly completed and required documents were outstanding, per DVS, after being requested from the dealer, including original title and release from lienAdditionally, offer for trade has been made before but has not resulted in any action from the dealer, and is not considered an acceptable resolution until there is a tangible offer for tradeHaving monitored the dealer's website, it appears several trucks in a similar price range have gone through inventory in the past three months

I am rejecting this response because:
Champion Motors told me I would receive a warranty card to show repair facility upon service of my truck. Obviously Champion Motors admits its own sales people are not properly trained and it shows I did not get told the correct information. I never receive a call back from management prior to my complaint explaining this new info. It is still unknown to me who of the 2 warranty companies Champion Motors uses I'm suppose to call to get the information I require. I do not feel this is my responsibility and am very unhappy Champion Motors refused to aid me . I was not told I had to call myself and I was told I would get a card in the mail to bring to a repair facility when I went for service.  Thanks [redacted]

Not having received response to date, Revdex.com called Champion 65 Motors to get business response -- spoke to Doug.Doug indicates that the truck Ms [redacted] is an older, higher mileage truck purchased "as is" in accordance with MN Used Car Warranty Law, and that Ms [redacted] signed off on all relevant...

Buyer's Guide disclosures, "we owe" forms, etc. Nonetheless, he says Champion 65 Motors has expressed a willingness to work with Ms [redacted] toward a resolution -- most likely, trade into a comparably-priced truck. He says when Ms [redacted] contacted Champion 65 approximately two weeks after purchase complaining of vehicle issues, the dealer began the process of trying to find her a comparably-priced and comparably-equipped truck she could trade into affordably. He says the problem they've run into to date is that they've simply not had such a truck become available to them.Doug says Ms [redacted] has sent a significant number of e-mails to Champion 65 on this matter, and the dealer is not always able to respond to each of her inquiries as it attempts to locate an appropriate trade vehicle, or keep up with repairs at the shop. But he says Champion 65 remains committed to locating an appropriate trade and reaching a resolution with Ms [redacted]. Says the dealer currently has an '06 truck taken in on trade that would be a candidate; that the dealer is waiting on some parts and new panels to be installed on that truck.Doug says he will be in contact with Ms [redacted] as to appropriate next steps.

the warranty company does not send a card we tell that to all of our customer, when they signed on the warranty agreement and get a copy of if we inform them what is the account number and we do gave them the phone number to contact them if they have any questions.we gave 2 numbers...

one for the claim which handles or car problems and where to take it, and the roadside#, on the copy of the warranty there is a number to call if they have questions. if he talked to the sales people they might not know because we deal with 2 warranty companies.
