The contractor that was suppose to do the work, had some health issues, which was going to push the start date backMr*** insisted we start right awayWith that being said, I had to bring another contractor inHe was there two days, and I realized, he was not doing the quality of job he, was to doI then got rid of him, at my expenseI tore out everything he did and started fresh, with a very quality, detailed contractorWe only lost about a week, do to this.3. bought extra tile, that was lost from the tear outMost of the tile was still OILHe did not lose any money from that4.At this time, Mr***, was a bit aggravated and wanted to change the plan of the shower, to include two walls of glass and glass doorI did this for him and added this at my expense, I did not charge him the extra money for it.5.As far as the glass doors, it is an issue between the Glass Doctor and myselfI told Mr*** that if he was charged a service charge, I would pay it.6. Mr***, received a beautiful, quality bathroom, and received much more than he was charged for,7.do not like the words Mr*** used as a scam artistI was there from beginning to end, until it was finishedI actually gave him much more, for his money, then the contract was signed forIt might have taken a hit longer, hut we worked on the lob straight through, until it was doneI would be happy to show anyone, the pictures of the bathroomIt was beautiful.Thank you, Sandy S***
