Champion Auto Exchange Reviews (2)

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I have received the business responseHowever several things are not trueFirst of all *** did not personally come pick me up when the tahoe broke downshe sent a man and another ladyThis vehicle was low on gas but not out of gaspicture will show this. It was running but idling hardThe engine light is not going to come on if out of gasI have attached pictures showing what the dash saidWe also live on a dirt road this would explain why the white car was dirty underneathas far as the interior of both vehicles they where the same when returned as when picked up. As far as the truck goes the bed of it was never used and it broke down and my husband towed it to themIf inspections where done by the law then the tires would not have passedIf you need additional information please let me know

First of all let me apologize for my delay in responding to the *** claimsThe statements made by Mrs*** about shady business practices at our dealership are totally falseWhen we became aware of the issue with the *** Volvo we agreed to repair it under a signed Goodwill Agreement
since it was not covered by the powertrain warranty that came with the car. The vehicle was repaired at *** *** *** and we paid the bill for a total of $While the car was in the shop we loaned the *** a vehicle to driveThe first car we loaned was a Chevy Tahoe that had been inspected and detailed. A few days later Mr*** complained about a head light out and the condition of the tires so we told him we would give them another car to useWhen the Tahoe was returned it was covered in mud and Mr*** stated that he had taken it through a fieldThe second loaner was an SChevrolet that had been state inspected and clean We asked Mr*** to not take this one through the fieldsdays later Mr*** complained about this one and had it returned to us on a trailer belonging to an acquaintance of hisThis truck had obviously been in the mud and like the Tahoe it was mud covered underneath and had mud caked on the carpetingThere was obvious damage to the tailgate that was not previously thereAgain we put them back in the Tahoe and a day later Mrs*** called and said that it had broken downI personally went out to get her and take her to pick her Volvo up ( we received a call from *** *** around the same time) and get our Tahoe backMr*** was there also and complained again about the loaners and how mad his wife was and she would not speak to meWhen I got in the Tahoe it was out of gasThat is why it wouldn't runIn summary we did above and beyond in making sure the ***s were taken care of with minimal inconvenience. In return they abused our vehicles and made claimsAs far as the state inspection claims, we outsource all repair and EVERY vehicle is state inspected according to VSP guidelines before it is put on the roadIf you need any additional information please contact us.Sincerely,*** *** *** ***
