We paid for an expensive quartz custom countertop and provided pictures of exactly what we wanted from multiple anglesA measuring person came from the company and together with me and my husband using long inch bendable strips and placing them about half a foot apart from each other made an approximate shape that we wantedDue to the nature of a custom uncommon shape, we were expecting the service to come back with an actual cut out of what we wanted using cardboard or something similar for us to confirm but this step was skipped by the companyThe countertop was then cut but when installed it became obvious that there was too much cut off on one side that left the side panel obvious and with too little overhang to cover it the way it should be coveredWe contacted the business within a few days and the measuring person came out again to see what the problem wasHe agreed that there was too much cut off and said it will need to be replacedOur contractor was here to witness th
