Customer ordered a hand truck from our website late Thursday night We took the order in the morning and processed it with our mfgwho does have the hand truck in stock That particular mfgis closed on Friday's, so they didn't receive our purchase order until Monday The hand
truck was ready to ship on Wednesday and we had our freight carrier pick it up I explained this to *** and he called me a liar I almost hung up on him after that but continued to explain to him the process Nothing I said mattered and he continued to be rude, disrespectful and frankly without malaise After our conversation later that day I emailed him stating that our business has donated to Habitat for Humanity for over years And for him to treat me the way his did over the phone was ridiculous. *** received his hand truck in a timely fashion We make no promises on the timing of shipping a product We give the customer an idea when they should expect the item to ship *** ordered the following item As you see don't promise shipping times.***

I am rejecting this response because:This is not trueI stand 100% behind what I previously stated in my complaint and wish no further contact with this individual as he has chosen to be untruthful of his account of the transaction and his company's website's misleading advertising as "in stock" and "ships with 1-business days"When confronted with the facts and truths after talking to manufacturers and the ones responsible for shipping product( as it turned out)He choose to be unprofessionalHis past Revdex.com history as I've now found out tells the story better than I can

As stated, I am NOT a customer of GrasshoppersThis company was servicing my neighbors property when their employee was weed eating and caused the damage to my propertyMy neighbor has since cancelled service with this company and filed a complaint, which I have a copy of!After researching this company, there I found there are many complaints regarding these types of practicesI am NOT satisfied with their response NOR their LACK of integrity!!! I will continue to pursue this action until this company takes responsibility for the damage to my property caused by THEIR EMPLOYEE!!! I am rejecting this response because:All I ever did was attempt to get the product I order in the time frame as advertised on website, periodIf inquiring why I hadn't gotten a confirmation email or tracking info after many business days elapsed then shame on me for expecting others to do as they advertiseI am simply dumbfounded by the accusations the owner of this company is makingMy employer is well aware of the circumstances of this complaint as I am not at all concerned since I have been professional at all times during my conversations with company and it's supplier.

viewing the vehicle expressed his interest but only agreed to purchase the vehicle after the airbag which showed signs of being tampered with was replacedIn other words he would only purchase the vehicle if the steering wheel and airbag were replaced by usAt which point we were happy to oblige, but of course at an additional costIf *** *** wanted to purchase the vehicle COSMETICALLY AS IS the internet price of $plus tax and registration would've been the final price, instead he chose to request a whole list of issues he wanted addressed, nonetheless we were more then willing to address those issues but the cost of his check list wo uld be incurred by him and him alone.-2/**/17Regards,Adel A***Vice-President

Let's address the fact that Mrs. [redacted] is NOT a customer of Grasshopper Lawns. Our crew members were servicing a property next door. Not once were the crew members on Mrs. [redacted] property as she has claimed. Grasshopper Lawn is fully insured and will cover all damages caused by our company....

We explained to the customer that we will be mailing him a check for the non-delivered item.  Not sure why you choose to contact the Revdex.com.

Your credit score I will not disclose on this forum but it includes a long list of charge offs and back child support so at a rate of 24.89% and a term of 60 months the vehicle would've ended up costing triple what you had originally financed. This was explained to you and I emphasized that this would be a terrible deal if you paid over the whole term of the loan.. instead I insisted since you were only "financing to build your credit" you are strongly advised to pay it off within the first year. Purchased vehicle for daughter. One week later, the car is not drivable. I contacted the owner and he refused assistance..told me car was sold as isPurchased vehicle for daughter. The car stopped on my daughter on the highway. A friend looked at the car while it was on the expressway and told me that he strongly believed that it is the engine. I spent money having the car towed to my home. After spending all of my money on the vehicle, I will have to wait, to have it taken to a garage. I contacted the owner to ask for help. He dismissed my request and told me that the car was sold as is. Before purchasing the vehicle, he told me that it was in very good condition and I took his word for it. We were leaning toward the purchase of a different vehicle and he told me that this was a better car for my daughter.Desired SettlementI am requesting a refund, a replacement or it should be fixed based on the condition that he told me the vehicle was actually in.Business Response She wanted a car that got good gas mileage. The car she initially looked at was not in her price range and was not a gas saver. We showed her cars in here price range that were gas savers. We never said this car was better than any other car or best for her daughter. Just that it got good gas mileage. When she purchased the car she was told that all cars are sold As Is no warranties no guarantees I had her read and sign the As Is displayed on every vehicle and another paper which explains that it is sold As Is with no warranties, the buyer is responsible for all repairs from time of purchase at the buyers expense. That we are not responsible. She agreed and signed them. When she called me about the car I asked her if she had a mechanic look at it and she said no that a friend of hers looked at it on the side of the road were it had stopped and said the engine had problems. I don't know why the car stopped but there are many reason why it could. I told her that she needed to have it checked out by a mechanic.
