The consumer asked that I cancel the warranty. I sent her paperwork to sign and she sent it back. I received the refund from the warranty company but when I called the bank the loan was paid off. I tried to contact the customer but could not. She then asked that I send the check to California which...

I was not going to do. There is a lot more to this story but it really doesn't matter. I now have her address in Florida which she moved to sometime during this process. I will send her a refund check.
