Our air conditioner finale works due to *** *** Coming out and fixing it. *** ***
found the following problems with the unit.ABC plumbing did not tighten the condensor valves properly only finger tight.As a result the freeon leaked out. When the customer initially called in to ABC Plumbing, she stated she only wanted our service technician to add a couple of pounds of refrigerant to her system due to the fact that she did not have the funds for any repairs. When the technician from ABC Plumbing arrived on site, the technician found there was no refrigerant in the system. The customer requested the technician only add 2 pounds of refrigerant to the system and leave, leaving the system low on refrigerant charge due to they could not afford to repair at the time of service. There was not evident leak at the service valves.
