I would not use this company again They swept my chimney in and then again I had chimney repair work done this year, and the cap is affixed to the chimney Instead of Champion Chimney telling me up front that they can't sweep down from the top, they do little to nothing, vacuum out through my woodstove, then charge me the entire fee for a sweep In addition, they claim work is needed on my chimneys and promised to email me estimates for this repair, twice, and here it is weeks later and no estimates They claim they are too busy Well, who isn't? Don't make promises if you're too busy The owner proceeded to argue with me on the phone that they never swept my chimney in Glad I hold onto receiptsI'm in the customer service business Pretty hard to find any hint of CS with these guys
Today is Tuesday Feb 24, 2015. I scheduled an appointment yesterday for today and they were very polite. They said they would call 1/2hr before arriving and they did just that.
They arrived on time, with protective drop cloths in their arms. They lad the drop cloths through my house all the way to the basement door.
Both men were very clean, attentive and respectful. Each step of the process was explained in detail with a full explanation of code requirements.
They cleaned up as they worked and provided me with a first class experience.
I am highly recommending this family run business to everyone!!!
