Champion Cleaners did poor work, was dishonest about their billing practices and forgot to deliver my items on multiple occasions
I am a massage therapist and began using Champion Cleaners in January of this yearThey were hired to wash, dry, fold and deliver my business' laundryThey forgot to deliver my items on two different occasionsThey washed a brand new white sheet with a red cotton blanket and turned it pinkThey shrunk blanketsThe items were always folded sloppily and inconsistentlyMy headrest covers were usually wadded up and thrown in the delivery bagMultple times oil stains were found on the sheets as wellAlso, I was told there was a $minimum for the service each month and that the price is $3/poundThere is a $per load charge that was never explained to meThey promised to refund me $for one of the days they forgot to deliver my itemsI thought this was an insulting offer and felt completely taken advantage of but wanted a quick solutionThey
