Per the homeowner’s request, we have scheduled the manufacturer’s representative, Lennox, to be at her home on August 29th at 10:a.m., this year She is confused, we were at her home previously and verified that the unit was not “cooling”, and we removed the ton system and installed the
ton system but we never had the Lennox representative at her home last year. Also, the owner of the company has offered at no cost to the homeowner a return to be installed, again at no charge not the $mentioned above. We have offered this at no cost and told the homeowner we would do this now. So I’m not sure why this complaint has been lodged with the Revdex.com and why she is going through the Revdex.com when yes, we made numerous visits to her home during the initial install trying to find out what was going on, but when we realized that she wasn’t cooling we removed the ton unit and installed the ton unit and got her cooling. A year later we are willing to install a return at no cost and we have sa visit with the manufacturer’s representative, which is what she wants
