I received this information today regarding a customer's issue getting a battery problem resolved. We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience to the customer. We have contracted a 3rd party service agent to repair and resolve all mower problems. It appears this was not handled to
the customer's satisfaction so we would like to deal directly with *** *** to resolve this matter. We will need the model number of the mower which was not on the original complaint. Please have her contact me via email and I will have a new battery and charger sent immediately, at no charge. There was no quote of shipping charges.  I was simply told 15 dollars and then gave my credit card info.  I am sure that the call was monitored and recorded  (as most businesses do today)  The response was they believe shipping was discussed.  It was certainly not.  I would have definitely questioned a shipping fee of that amount.   Simply put, this was not an authorized charge from the company.  My request for a refund is still a valid one.
