I iwas miss lead about the warranty covering mr rims no matter what the damage was so instead of refunding a portion of the loan they SCHOULD REINBURST the lean company the full amount and they SCHOULD be held responsible for repairing my rims

I am rejecting this response because:"Sorry" doesn't cut it Yes, you did eventually install a new seat as you should have done in the first place, which was precisely what MrScott R***, your sales manager, wanted to do right away However, the owner of the dealership, MrL***, rejected that solution and said they don't do that at Academy, but that they would reupholster the seat So no, this is not on MrR***, this is on MrL***.Furthermore, I believe that had I not complained to Revdex.com and to *** Motor Company, the dealership would have remained as intransigent as MrL*** Makes one wonder how many other customers walk away not knowing that alternatives to obtain a resolution, such as the Revdex.com or the State Attorney's Office exist Perhaps Revdex.com should require businesses who are members to prominently display a way to file complaints

Academy Ford has made every attempt to work with this customerHe has claimed there are problems with the vehicle that he has had assessed by an auto body that is not known to us, but he refuses to bring the vehicle back to usWe have offered to pay for an independent assessment in both the presence of the customer and our management team, but the customer refusesWithout being able to see and assess this alleged damage ourselves, we are not willing to pay for itWe feel this is a reasonable position, and Academy Ford stands by our workmanship

Our store manager in Wahiawa (Ron) contacted the customer today and apologized for the incident.We offered a complete refund for the service that we performed and the customer was happy with that.

I am rejecting this response because:The amount of money Midas is telling me they will refund for "labor" is significantly less than what it would cost to have the work done on my car from...

somewhere else.  The work Midas has done on my car has left me with a failing power steering pump which is highly irresponsible and puts my car at risk for further damages.  They have also refused, over the phone, to work on my car any further to repair the failing power steering pump that they very recently put into my vehicle, leaving me with no other reasonable choice other than to request a full refund so that I can have at least enough money to have the power steering pump they have installed somewhere else so that my car can be in good health, and the mediocre work Midas has done can be corrected.

Customer disputed to American Express last 11-08-16 and we responded to refund customer the disputed amount of $533.00.  American Express debited our bank account on 11-10-16 in the amount of $533.00 to refund customer on his credit card.  We resolved this issue with American Express and customer needs to verify his credit card statement if the $533.00 was credited to his account last 11-10-16.  Attached are documents verifying American Express notification of the chargeback to our account.  Please contact our L[redacted]a Andres of our Accounting Department at [redacted] should you have any questions or need more information.  Thank you!

We believe this is a case of buyer’s remorse on this customer’s part. The customer had several days to review the truck’s window sticker, which clearly stated that it had a Class IV Trailer Hitch. We did not in any way mislead him about the truck’s towing capacity. Academy Ford has repaired the...

dent in the door and the tear in the leather console that the customer has mentioned. We also investigated the gas pedal and steering wheel issue the customer referenced, though we could not replicate the problem he described. In addition, we offered to trade the truck he purchased for another truck with his desired tow package. However, the bank would not approve this customer for a loan on this desired truck. As such, we’ve been in touch with him numerous times over the past few weeks and have not in any way given him a “runaround.” We cannot allow this customer to return his truck.

initially and made repairs. When he brought it back, we buffed the sides and made adjustments that he asked for. He then sent us another estimate from Sudden Impact auto body in the amount of $5,200. We have asked him to bring the vehicle back to us so that we could assess that estimate, but [redacted] has refused to bring the vehicle back to us. Without seeing the vehicle again in conjunction with the estimate he received from Sudden Impact, we’re unable to rectify the situation. Academy Ford stands by our work and would appreciate the opportunity to satisfy this customer’s needs. We are more than glad to arrange a meeting with our management for [redacted] if he would allow us to do so.
