Review: The salesperson told me that I could enable navigation on this vehicle by purchasing and installing a memory card. After talking with the salesperson and the parts person, I found out this is not possible.Desired Settlement: Exchange the electronics to support navigation.

Review: My wife and I bought a vehicle (2007 Ford Explorer Sport Trac) from a dealership on June 3 that was AS IS. About three days later some service lights, ABS and ANTI Skid, kept coming on and off. So I called the dealership and asked them about it. They told me that I probably just pushed a button. I decided to call my mechanic and have him take a look at it. I got an appointment for June 24th. This is what my mechanic found: the code was C1145 wheel speed sensor, rtn RF wheel B's assy, ft rotors (rusted), and ft brakes. Our mechanic looked at the inspection sticker and could not believe that the station passed the vehicle in Jan 2014. I feel that what was wrong with the vehicle was a safety issue. Can a dealership sell a car AS IS that has a safety issue without telling you? My mechanic gave us the parts he took off if you need to see them.Desired Settlement: I feel that the dealership should of fixed the safety issues before they sold it to us or anyone. I would like them to reimburse us for the cost of the repairs. I also would like to know if the inspection station should of passed the vehicle back in Jan of 2014. If a dealership is allowed to sell a vehicle with safety issues AS IS, I would like to know how I can change this.

We have refunded the $609.11 to the Customer. The salesman told the customer to bring the vehicle back so our service department could look at it and they never did. I believe there was 3 miscommunication between customer and salesman.
