The insured is certainly within his rights to have his policy transferred to another agent but only he can accomplish thatIt's not within my authorityHe can locate any agent willing to accept his policy, submit a signed request to that agent to have his policy transferred to that agencyThe agent accepting the transfer will be responsible for submitting the request to their District ManagerThey will then submit it through the proper channels to initiate the transferBut again it's the insured's choice and responsibility to locate an agent willing to accept the request

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
Clearly, I still have not received the information that I have been asking for.Effective immediately, I am requesting for the policy to be transferred to another agent that has work ethics and professionalismRetaliation for contacting Farmers headquarters and the District Manager is called "calling for assistance and Customer Service"
Regards,*** ***

[redacted] has been given contact info to contact me by email, fax or phone at which time I will be more than happy to address his concerns or cancellations. He is not to contact my staff due to previous harassing emails and phone calls to my staff. He is the type of person that likes...

to hide behind the anonymity of a computer and send harassing emails late at night rather than confronting people personally. That's obvious from his filing this complaint at 3:00 am and sending emails to my office after hours. As an agent for many companies, their procedures are for all policy service to come from the agent. I don't work for Farmers or for any company. I own my own agency and simply have a contract to write through multiple companies. That's why they pay me a commission for writing and servicing their policies. Any cancelation sent to them is forwarded back to me to process. That's why I've instructed him to forward his questions or cancellations to me. If he contacted corporate then he could just have as easily gotten a phone number from them but am sure he was told to contact his agent.I have been in the insurance business for 30 years and run across a few but not many people like [redacted]. They always look for people to blame for their errors in judgment rather than accepting responsibility. He bypassed our service department and went straight to Farmers to cancel a condo policy. They contacted us for triage and we reached out to him but he never responded. After a period of time Farmers went ahead and processed the cancellation per his written request. After they processed it he contacted us to adjust the cancellation which we were unable to do since he bypassed us initially. He became very disrespectful to my staff over something with which we had no control. That's why he's been told not to contact my staff; me only. I'm the agency owner. Instead of contacting me to resolve the problem he insists on trying to cause problems for my agency by contacting "Farmers Corporate"  or Dennis [redacted] a District Manager for Farmers or filing a complaint through the Revdex.com. He's simply looking to cause problems rather than seeking a solution. Again, I am not an employee of anyone, I own my business. He's more than welcome to contact me directly and I'll handle it personally to make sure his concerns are addressed.
