Review: I took my shoes in for repair on Saturday, October 26 and paid $85.00 in advance. I was given a claim ticket that stated my pick-up date was Saturday, November 2. When I arrived on the pick-up date, the owners could not initially find my shoes. After about 10-min of searching, they finally found them and presented them to me with absolutely no work done (they forgot to repair them).The male worker/owner began to tell me that it was not his fault that the shoes were not done and blamed me for bringing them in on Saturday (even though they were open). I was given a refund, however, not without receiving a barrage of excuses as to why it was not their fault.Because I needed these shoes for a trip, I was forced to purchase a new pair of shoes which I trying to avoid; as I liked the style of the shoes I sent in for repair.By far, this is the worst service that I have ever received from any service business in my life. Horrible delivery and terrible customer skills. This shop is blight to Thousand Oaks.Desired Settlement: $100.00 in the difference to replace the shoes ($185.00 total cost) that I had to spend due this shops inability to deliver.
