Per our contract agreement; SUBSTITUTE VEHICLES: We reserve the right to substitute vehicles when unforeseen circumstances make it necessaryWe will, of course, notify you and make necessary price adjustments, if applicableIf our efforts to contact you fail, the substitute vehicle(s) will arrive as scheduledIt is your responsibility to accept or refuse the vehicle(s).Upon seeing the vehicle you had the option to deny and not accept. Our customer service representative received a call after the party had left in the limousine from a man who said that his name was John D [redacted] who was threatening, and hung up on herWe were able to ask for pictures to support the claims he made and was told that he had already leftThe owner of our company, [redacted] ***, called this individual back to try to remedy the situation, and was unable to speak as this individual was also threatening to him and Mr*** was forced to end the call with himWe have received a call from another member of the party present stating that you were trying to fit people inside this vehicle when on your contract it stated that you had a party of peopleThe Party Bus that was originally rented would only hold a maximum of individualsThis would have caused issues with getting all individuals to fit comfortably in the original vehicle requested as well

I am rejecting this response because:Champion made an unacceptable substitution- substituted an inferior vehicle which could not even accommodate people safely - not even close to Should have substituted with vehicles. Nobody asked for 22.Also, how could party substitute when notified hours before prom event startedWith who? How could you deny on the night of a promWe certainly would have NEVER used this company had we known with realistic notice to make alternative plans - Champion knew they were in a bind, but decided to see if they could take advantage of a year old.*** *** never threatened *** *** was simply, extremely dissatisfied with the poor, unacceptable service and made *** aware of it and he needed to provide adequate refund*** *** *** *** have made numerous phone calls to *** and his office who has refused to answer calls, has avoided these calls because he does not want to pay and has no interest in remedyingThe office was also contactedI suggest Champion rethink their position and also stop lying to the public.

Per our contract agreement; SUBSTITUTE VEHICLES: We reserve the right to substitute vehicles when unforeseen circumstances make it necessary. We will, of course, notify you and make necessary price adjustments, if applicable. If our efforts to contact you fail, the substitute vehicle(s) will arrive as scheduled. It is your responsibility to accept or refuse the vehicle(s).Upon seeing the vehicle you had the option to deny and not accept. Our customer service representative received a call after the party had left in the limousine from a man who said that his name was John D[redacted] who was threatening, and hung up on her. We were able to ask for pictures to support the claims he made and was told that he had already left. The owner of our company, [redacted], called this individual back to try to remedy the situation, and was unable to speak as this individual was also threatening to him and Mr. [redacted] was forced to end the call with him. We have received a call from another member of the party present stating that you were trying to fit 22 people inside this vehicle when on your contract it stated that you had a party of 20 people. The Party Bus that was originally rented would only hold a maximum of 20 individuals. This would have caused issues with getting all individuals to fit comfortably in the original vehicle requested as well.

We called the customer as soon as we realized that the original limousine that they wanted would not be operable for their run. We do have a clause in our contract stating that we can change out the limousine in case of unforeseen consequences such as this. When speaking with the client, they stated...

that there was no problem with switching out the vehicle. After the party was on their way to their 1st destination in which they tried to sit 22 people when on the contract they stated there would only be 20 and our party buses only hold 20, we received a call from an individual that was not in the limousine advising that the people in the limousine were not fitting inside. This individual would not allow our customer service representative to speak or the owner of the limousine company when he called to try to come to some kind of resolution. He became belligerent and threatening. After the party was delivered to their last destination for the night, our driver found items that belong to Champion Limousine Service broken inside of our limousine and liquid spilled throughout.
